Loved the scents!
I really love that you offer the option to buy the sample sizes of the perfume. It allows us consumers to buy multiple scents and see which ones we like. After purchasing several samples, I fell in love with Capri in a Bottle and will be purchasing the full size. Please never touch the formula for it!

Welcome 10 code didn’t work-customer support doesn’t help
I had subscribed to their emails and texts to receive a 10% off code. I received the code and attempted to use the code for my first order. The code was applied in my basket, though once I paid through PayPal I seen the price had updated to a higher price without the code. The “welcome10” code was deemed invalid by their system and I couldn’t use it. I reached out to them via email and was told I can use the code the next time….. so many problems with that, because if the code didn’t work the first time as it should have then why would I expect it to work again…also with such poor problem solving with kayali customer support why would I purchase anything again from this site? I asked for a supervisor in my last email to their customer support and was completely ignored.

I placed an order of nearly £500 because I wanted to support your brand directly. I tested the miniature before committing to full sizes I ordered in the same order. I made every effort to get this right. But for over a week, my requests for a return label have been ignored or delayed. It feels like you're stalling on purpose so the return window closes. It's honestly shocking that a company I chose over other retailers would make a simple return feel like mission impossible. I've lost trust in how you handle customers now. This experience has completely changed how I see your brand. I need that return label sent today I will not be kept waiting any longer.
