Brilliant customer service, very helpful and informative and they come back to you pretty quickly. Amazing products I absolutely love their perfumes and it’s great now they’ve extended their shipping to more European countries including mine here in Ireland!

annoying emails and slow shipping
Fragrance is amazing! shipping took awhile, it was over a week. Then they kept sending several emails to rate the experience. Its annoying.

I didn’t receive one item from my…
I didn’t receive one item from my order, which I was charged for ( sweet diamond miniature perfume -55$) - there was apparent package tampering and both packing slip and item were missing. I provided all photos including cctv footage of the package in “ as received “ status. Kayali customer care team requested more photos ( in total 3 times in 1 week) and I sent all photos and information requested replying to 3 emails . They have not communicated with me since then ( for the last 7 days ) which is disappointing as I expected better / professional customer service.

Delivery was quick and on time… Love the Kayali vanilla perfume. It lasts all day and it has a beautiful fresh vanilla scent. Would recommend it highly. They also sent me some free samples of other scents and I can take them with me when I travel.

Delay in receiving order
I placed an order ten days ago. I can wait but I’m restless if I’m not being updated correctly and timely. I was initially told this was going to be delivered on the 23rd or 24th. It’s the 26th now. I understand that you have no control over the US postal service but this is the first I’ve ever ordered off of the Kayali website. I love the scent of Candy Rock Sugar 42 and wanted to gift my friend this as a birthday present but this delay in delivery makes me feel unsettled instead of excited. I wouldn’t recommend others to order off of the website.
