BEWARE of this company
BEWARE of this company. They partner with opodo, who are famous for ripping off their clients.
A booked a package holiday to Seville, only to find that the airport is 2 hours away from our hotel and transfers are 300 euros.
I have been going back and forth with Kayak, opodo and eDreams. My booking has now disappeared from all of the confirmation pages i have been ripped off £1000.
For a company with such a massive social presence and marketing budget, i am so disappointed and upset.
I just want a refund or a flight closer to Seville or a hotel near to the airport.
I paid for insurance but can’t contact them they are also useless.
It’s one big con.
Save your money and use easy jet, tui or BA who i’ve never had issues with.
They only have Ai robots and no customer service staff. There are no humans dealing with complaints
They are based in spain so atol is invalid.
I lost all my saving and can no longer take my elderly mum on holiday.
