This is a scam online company. I made a purchase, it was paid for but I never received the product. Their customer service email doesn’t exist. I did receive an email asking me to pay for it again. What a joke.

Ordered camper tap through madhatter which took me to kawaiimi to pay, place on 19 August 2026. Today is 24 September 2026, no correspondence from either site, madhatter says I haven’t placed an order! Kawaiimi shows order but no updates and can’t track order! Sent numerous emails none of which have been delivered!! Please do not use either company if you value your money!!
We bought some items from this company and they didn't deliver. We tried emailing them but the email didn't go through because the email address they provided was not functional. This company is a fraudulent company avoid at all cost.
