SCAM- do not purchase from this site

Ordered item from site, before checking reviews. When I looked at multiple terrible reviews I tried to cancel. This was within 10 mins. Multiple efforts to email this support address. No reply. Item arrived can only be described as a rag. And way way too small.well done kavixa you got my money, please don’t anybody else give them any more.

Appalling product quality and worse…

Appalling product quality and worse service. Ordered some lights - turned up damaged and really cheaply made. Tried to return them via 30 day returns policy. 3 emails went unanswered and phone number unobtainable. Am disputing via credit card co and Kavixa are claiming my complaint is fraudulent! Total scam company.

Poor quality, wrong size and no response to return request - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Two garments were ordered and bought. Both took weeks to be delivered. Once received, neither were of a substantial quality as advertised, and the sizes were far too small. I immediately contacted the 'support' email as directed to request a returns procedure and received no reply. After a further x4 emails requesting the same I have still received no reply. Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. Please avoid buying from this seller at all costs. You may as well burn your notes and throw your coins in the bin. Trading standards are being contacted to report this blatant hoax. A 1 star rating is too high.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
I bought 2 lights for my house. When purchasing I thought I was buying from London. Turns out it's a fake address on the website and it actually comes from China. It arrived after 3 weeks. The company was useless with the tracking info and gave fake tracking info.
Once the lights did arrive they are of shocking quality. The look like a frisby, made from cheap rubber and plastic. I can't really call them lights. Anyway, I have now been ignored for a week on getting a refund from them, they ignore your emails once you have the order, from now reading other reviews it looks like it's impossible to get your money back. I did however contact my bank and they have done a chargeback on my card and the money has gone back into my bank. 1 nil to me Kavixa. But seriously stay away or you will regret it with either a crap product or no refunds. Liars and frauds. Dishonest company and all the people who work for them. Disgusting behaviour. Your nan would be so proud!

Returns Information - No Communication

Hi
I received 2 lamps but I wish to return to Kavixa. I have e mailed to try and get returns address for 1 week and no reply from them. The phone number on the website is based in France and does not work either. Lamps cost 285 euro.
Has anyone returned successfully and been refunded?

Do not buy from this website.

Shipping times are extremely long, and the reason is simple: they are merely intermediaries. They present themselves as a London-based company, but all items are shipped from China (and the quality is exactly what you would expect from products coming from there).

The real issue is that if you need to return an order, the shipping costs are entirely borne by the buyer, and sending a parcel to China as a private individual is very expensive—often equal to, or even higher than, the price of the item purchased.

From a commercial standpoint, it is highly improper not to clearly state that returns must be shipped to China; this comes very close to deceptive, if not outright fraudulent, behavior.

Do not buy from this website.

Innacurate advertising and bad customer service

I bought a product because of its design, but the product I received was not accurate to that.

When i raised this to customer service they continued to tell me I couldn't get a full refund because the product wasn't damaged, despite the fact I only bought it because of inacurate advertising.

After they then took days on end to reply to each email I sent, they then told me I had passed the 30 day return period and it was no longer eligible for return, despite the ongoing discussion.

The product took weeks to arrive and I would need to pay to return it to China if I had wanted a partial refund. The address on their website was London and it wasn't made clear that a return could be elsewhere unless digging into the T&Cs.

Kavixa is a scam site

Kavixa is a scam site, I’ve no idea why credit card companies allow Kavixa an account. I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company (ongoing) before I even had a response from customer services. I bought an expensive light fitting which is not as described and complete junk, no instructions, no manufacturer details, plastic not glass and even if it looked ok, I wouldn’t risk getting it fitted incase it is a fire hazard. Instead of sending a postage paid label and arranging a refund like a proper retailer would, they are stalling, asking me to video their rubbish goods (which I did) describing what was wrong with them, which I’d already told them in my email. Now they’ve told me they are sending a replacement which I don’t want as our electrician is already onsite and I ordered a different light fitting from a reputable company as soon as I realised I’d been scammed by Kavixa. AVOID AVOID AVOID. credit card companies - can’t you prevent payments being made to scam sites such as these?

I bought a Joyful knitted sweater from…

I bought a Joyful knitted sweater from Kavixa which was delivered on 10 January 2026. I bought the sweater on the basis of the description that it was 100% heavy cotton. It was not, so is not as described or of satisfactory quality. I wrote on 17 January to the address given on the website citing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act and exercising my short term right to reject the item and requested a full refund with no deductions and no charge for return. I requested a response within 14 days of the letter, to date there has been no response. This is clearly a rip off site and my legal rights are being ignored. Never buy from this site, I was clearly duped and now have a worthless acrylic copy of someone else’s design.

Avoid - seem disreputable

Ordered two pairs of slippers - arrived poorly packaged and are poor quality. Tried to send back - took ages to get a reply, they’re saying the quality is fine and I have to send back to China at my own expense. They’re saying I must use original packaging. The packaging was flimsy plastic bags and no good to reuse. So I don’t trust them at all to refund me if I spend at least £10 posting them back. So I’m £40 out of pocket.
I don’t have an issue paying shipping costs in principle but the issues are:
Poor quality goods
Not up front about high returns costs
Poor communication
Sense of being untrustworthy

Initially I was disappointed

Initially I was disappointed. I thought my order had been lost. However, it did arrive, and on receipt, I was delighted. It was worth the wait, I hadn’t realised how far it had had to travel before arriving in the UK. Customer service wrote me a delightful email.

Too long to arrive

My order never arrived. Absolute garbage service. Please do not purchase with this joke of an organisation

Update 22nd January. Order finally did arrive around 7 days ago. Good product, but ridiculous amount of time to wait for it to arrive. The festive season excuse does not hold water; I sent packages to the USA between Christmas and new year, and they got to their destination much quicker! Do not purchase if you need the product within a reasonable timescale

Very poor quality.

Received cardigan for my husband today after 3weeks. I ordered XL and the one I received is smaller than small! There are no labels on the garment, raw edges on the inside, buttons down one side but no buttonholes! I've been well stitched up! Very, very poor quality. Totally disgusted that things like this get dispatched. It came from China even though I thought it was coming from London. Will not order again.
