Ohh so many bad reviews down to money , i went with Dr Kavak and have lost 5 stones , gastric sleeve hes a fantasic surgeon the aftercare is beyond amazing also , in comparison to my dreadful treatment in poland this surgeon id give is 5 star , the nurses and co-ordinator Kay organised it all transfers operation aftercare hotel everything , took me to markets , watched movies with me in my room , honestly not a dad word hes fantastic i go back for mmo in sept

Only a hype just to make this new company popular, offers very poor value for your your used car when you want to sell it. I will not recommend to anyone.

Not honest - Worst experience

They gave me offer by WhatsApp 62500 dhs and for a car under maintenance and warranty and they let me drive 280 km to inspect the car and at the end they didn’t even call me back or replied on their WhatsApp
It’s the worst experience ever

They are not honest at all , they give me initial price 86000, after 1 hour they called (not clear voice) she said the system changed the prto 68000 ,
After inspection they give me offer by phone 65000, after immediately they sent offer by 35000 , they did not reply or answer my email or calls, next they called the system changed the price to 60000 ,
I refused the offer because I cannot trust them , maybe they will keep changing and reducing the price

I recently sold my car with Kavak. They slightly reduced their initial offer due to some documentation, but the overall experience was surprisingly good. The offer was competitive enough, the payment was received in a matter of 2 days, the process was clearly explained. I don't think there's any better option for selling a car safely in mexico these days, this is the best by far.

1.The person which is going to give first negative report against your car
2.They will say you are not passing
3.After some time they will call you for online trading
Why you are doing this kind of number 2 activity
4.The person who is going to inspect your car is not eligible and they are doing 2nd sale personally
5. Very bad experience

Recently bought a car in Guadalajara midtown! We cannot get the registration done because they are taking their sweet time to produce a simple factura! They are rude on the phone and they are keep saying next day!

This is an update, it has now been over 30 days and I still have not been refunded the money I used to place a hold on a vehicle in January from KAVAK!!!! Please avoid doing business with this company, their lack of responsiveness and endless run around has been an utter disgrace! I will not trust any Mexican Used Auto Dealer the process here has been a true nightmare! I will be buying in the US and incurring the import taxes, it is better than being ripped off- SMH

I sold my GS8 car. Price offered initially were reduce without proper justification.
Over all, it was very fast and the process was very understandable.
Payments were received immediately upon transfer. I'll recommend sending a car with Kavak.

First I got an approximately offer online and by call.
After sending all required documents AND the inspection was done they gave me an official offer lower than the first one but ok. After letting me waiting for 5 days they lowered the price a second time about 6,000dhs. Another hour later they called me that they won't buy the car at all.
In 4 years in Dubai this is the most unprofessional experience.

Reserved a car and also plan to trade in, I was happy with the first visit experience. everything went smooth.

Beware if planing to use this establishment. In my experience, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Nice branding but poorly trained staff who don’t know how to put customers first. Imagine someone that wants to purchase a car and trade in at the same time. It’s a shambles. They are not able to provide a price for a trade in ( one that’s extremely popular and not too old so should be able to quote for). Promises of ‘we will get back to you later’ fall by the wayside. Clearly they have a staff training and attitude issue so beware if thinking of purchasing or selling your car with them

It was a real time disappointing experience since i bought car from them.
1. while selling up car being very polite yes we will give you 1st service after 10000 km from now and all of sudden when u reach at offc for the same, the words are flipped and they really don cover anything and charge you for each and everything. they told us we apologize we will do something nothing happened so far.
2. I have few issues in my car which ideally can be covered under warranty, now here is the reality while selling up the warranty yes mam all things are covered but when you actually reach to them to check and get it rectified no it wasn't covered few things are excluded. Like i mean all means " all things" how come as customer we assume all also have exclusions. Moreoover car need tobe with them 7 days if its less than even 1 day bear the expense of Rent a car by urself i mean how amazing is that?
I am requesting and highly recommend not to buy from them. Every other company ( pre owned seller) covers so many benefits for customers including service free warranty etc but here in kavak despite u have things, they always apologise and say sorry this is not covered you have to pay. Real time learning, truly a annoying and bad experience.

Don't recommend to go for this company service, car got broken after 3 months, requested to get report that was done before I bought , I'm waiting ages and still didn't receive. Check up that they done also didn't receive the proper report indicating what was checked and what is the issue, the cost to repair also couldn't get explanation and details of the parts that need to be repaired and changed, whatever I'm asking they can't give the explanation and proof, moreover, 3 ywars warranty expired just 2 days prior car got broken

This is the first time I deal with Kavak to sell my car and I can say that the experience has been great! I bought a car from them , I received the car in traffic police , just i went to get the plates numbers & come back ,, the car not working. Battery damage, they told me that they made car service but I discovered they didn’t did anything just clean the car & some polish & sent to you, they cheating the customers

I went for an inspection to sell my car
I had an appointment for today at 6.00pm and was told to wait in the waiting groom for maximum 50mins
1hr 1/2 later I’m the only one left and when I asked the receptionist she told be to just go home and they would call me in the morning
as they are still waiting to work out the quote.

It’s mid afternoon I’ve still not heard back from them, I called and they told me within 2 seconds they can’t take the car because it’s had a full body paint job.

Their policy is maximum 3, which I knew and was not aware my car had ever been re-painted.

What I don’t understand if that was their policy and they knew that straight away from the car inspection why did they not let me know there and then?

Got a Nissan Altima 2021 model
they show you a video in the beginning and assure you that they are very quality oriented and that they deliver what they promise! which is definitely NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

please go and buy a brand new which is hassle free and stress free!

my car has been in the Nissan service centre for 3rd time in a span of 5 months of purchase and the service centre has confirmed of rattling noise from the interior of the car (dashboard, centre panel, doors)
I had highlighted this issue and also asked KAVAK to check on an option to change the car and they don't seem to think from a customer point of view tho the issue was addressed within weeks of purchase of the car!
It is so unfortunate and inconvenience to pay rent a car and loans at the same time while you don't ve the car because it is going to service centre so often and even the service centre takes longer times to fix it owing the serious problems.
