Best grocery store in SK. I usually shop in Dunajska Streda Kaufland. The shopping area is really huge and enough for everyone. The value for money here is the best out of all. I love the product assortment width (lot of my favorite products are just in here).

Worst customer service, they do not try to help with problems. We didn’t get an item delivered and only got a refund after over 6 months of only us reaching out multiple times. They said they would try to locate the item (should take 8 weeks), but never said if they found it or not. We asked multiple times after the 8 week mark. Only got a refund after going all Karen on them. Had to sign a statement claiming we never received the item. Hopefully we get the refund they say is on the way. Wish I could give 0/5. To improve they should pay more attention to the open cases they have and give an update on how the case is progressing so the customer doesn’t feel ghosted, also they should actually look into the case and not just say they are. Even small purchases that are not “expensive” add up so they should get the same attention as large purchases that go missing.

I have visited yesterday late afternoon Kaufland store in Bratislava (Bory). After shoping i wanted to take a coffee from one ot the coffee machine in the store. I paid for coffee, but I didn't get my coffee as the coffee machine didn`t have caps loaded in. I went to Kaufland store information desk to report this. After Supervisor came and went with me to coffee machine to check and advice me to contact the phone number written on coffee machine. I have suggested that she put a note on machine, but she was not interested at all and walked of, leaving me alone with the problem without solution of preventing future customer of this experience. I was terrified what's happened and that the future customers could have same bad experience. I think I will avoid this store in future.
