Product came in used. The tubes ripped easily as it was used and it shows how it was used.

I’m honestly not happy with the 3-in-1 jewelry engraver—it didn’t help me at all. Instead of making the process faster, it felt clunky and slowed me down. Finishing my pieces became more frustrating than efficient, leaving me disappointed with the purchase.

I honestly didn’t expect the guide to be this drawn out—it felt overly detailed without adding much real value. Instead of being clear and easy to follow, parts of it came across as confusing and unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it left me disappointed rather than impressed.

Extremely slow replies and delayed shipment! Items were not as described!

I've ordered multiple times already, constant issues, slow shipping, high cost, limited selection of products!

Beware ! I ordered a Kaya Cast machine from Katway, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The delivery date was showing as July 22, but I still haven’t received my order. I have sent three emails to their support team and haven’t received a single response. This complete lack of communication makes me question if I’ve been scammed. Based on my experience, Katway does not seem like a reliable company, and I would strongly caution others before placing an order with them.

Unbeatable price, exceptional product. I couldn't believe I found a microscope of this caliber at such a budget-friendly price! I’m genuinely delighted.

This is just a knock off company. I would recommend to stay far away from buying anything from there.

Some time ago this company was using my photos pretending it was engraved with their equipment. It was defiantly not, and they had no rights to use my photos.

After reporting their Fb site it was taken down as they used other artists photos as well without permission.

They got a new page up, and new photos were stolen and used without permission and Fb page removed again..

yet again they have a page up, and I know the artist they are stealing photos form, pretending it is made with their tools, but it is not.

Their tools are not capable of making such quality.

I have tried one of their engraving tools from a student, and honestly it was powerless junk. Not because they stole my photos, but because it really was junk.

I know others that have bought and tried to get their money back from tools not working, but customer review refuse to reply.

I would strongly advice to stay away from this company. It is all useless knockoff tools. They have nothing to do in the engraving or jewelry business. They are interested in your wallet only.

I can 100% stand for this even if they have previously threatened to sue me after I told them what I think about them when they asked if I wanted to be an ambassador representing their tools. I have screenshots of all their messages. Obviously they do not know even who they steal artwork photos from..

I bought a Pneumatic engraving machine. delivery was fast and complete. So far I am very happy with the product!
