Missing items and bad customer service …

I ordered a nail kit but items were missing from the delivery, the delivery was delayed as well. I contacted them multiple times about the missing item and they said “we’ll get back to you” but never did. Complete waste of money, couldn’t even get a refund as they didn’t respond to me. I can’t even use the half of the order that they sent me without the missing items.

Do NOT buy from Katimy. Their customer service is terrible, I've emailed them several times requesting to cancel my order and to receive a refund, but I've yet to get a reply or confirmation. I've been emailing them to cancel my order BEFORE the package ships in order to make the refunding process easier for both parties, but no matter how much I follow up, the process of my order CONTINUES to go through even after FOUR emails requesting to cancel. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a dress from them and it did not look like the picture on the website and it was the complete wrong size. Weirdly enough, there are no tags on it or any labels either far as the size or instructions on how to care for the dress. I spent $50 dollars and I emailed contact@katimy as their website tells you to do to initiate a return and I’ve followed up 3 times as well, and gotten no response. This business is corrupt, unethical and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well, so others do not get scammed. Completely unacceptable, please do not waste your money on them.

Poor Service and Defective Item

I ordered a dress from Katimy, and my experience has been very disappointing! The dress arrived damaged and does not resemble the pictures displayed on the website.

When I reached out to the customer service team, I was offered a 15% partial refund to keep the item or an exchange for a new item. However, I want to return the dress and receive a full refund, as promised in their return policy.

This situation is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. I expected better service and adherence to their stated policies.

I hope others will consider this experience before making a purchase.

Have emailed several times for my qr code as explained on the website for a return but still not response days later.when ordering didn’t even get an email to confirm that the dress has been bought, or when it was getting delivered. Don't waste your money!!!

Note to self: before buying from companies featured Pinterest, check Trustpilot for reviews on the company in advance. Oh, and don't buy from Katimy.

Ordered a pair of high-waisted pants. When they arrived a week ago (21 Oct), they were anything but smart, made from cheap material, with hem stitching on show, and far too short.

I immediately started the returns process via email as directed. Katimy responded 23 Oct, with an apology and offer of help with any problem and proposal to exchange the pants for a different size. I replied the same day (kindly send me the instructions for returning these). Katimy replied 24 Oct - the management team suggested to obtain a partial refund of 15% as a 'gesture of goodwill' and keep the item, an exchange or to send an unstamped returns slip for me to ship to their post boxes in France. I requested a straight return and refund the same day and I am still waiting for the returns slip!!

Will I ever receive a reply? Will my house be rid of this item? Hopefully we'll find out better news in the next thrilling installment of this unnecessary drama.

Awful after sale service.

The product was good and arrived promptly, BUT size was wrong and not reflective of what I ordered according to their size guide. Inside Tag said size 1. It would fit a 12 year old child. Not a small woman.
I Emailed 5 times. No response.
Eventually after I put up a review they replied, saying I could return the item at my own cost or get a 30% refund. I would have preferred a complete refund.
Very, very disappointing :(

Charming Blue Dress

I received my dress this morning I ordered the “Charming Blue Dress” This looked nothing like the picture the on the website seams aren’t sewn properly and coming undone. The quality of the dress is horrible this is false advertising! I’m so disappointed! I’ve requested a refund and have had no response so much for customer service available 7days a week! (11days to arrive can only return within 14 days)

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I used the Norwegian version of katimy and they sent me defective products. They also use images from legit brands like AYM and send you low quality and defective versions. Given the other reviews here I will not waste my time trying to get my money back.
