I’ve used Katie’s team twice now (well for specific projects not two hours). I’d had a cheaper VA who was local, promised the earth and then messed up quite a few things which then cost me money. Katie’s team sorted the problem, we’re not defeated by barriers in the way and just kept going until all the little tangles which the other VA had accidentally done were gone.
Recently, I needed to take time off for an operation, I knew who to turn to. Sarah, part of Katie’s team is the ultimate professional. She’s a completely safe pair of hand and a wonderful match to my skill set.

What I have noticed is, it doesn’t matter who you get, Katie has the same high standard that I do, which means that her team all perform at the same level which I do (well some of them higher than me)! So no juniors messing up my business any longer instead I have safe, professional help which is intelligent, proactive and thoughtful. Trustworthy, honest and supportive, Elevated Support are definitely part of my business’s plans.

Katie and her team have been amazing at supporting my business and the never-ending admin processes that are needing to be run behind the scenes, freeing me up to do the work that I need to do. They've also helped with designing things which is not my skill set!
