We ordered a gazebo. It was a bit pricey however you can't put a price on quality it went together very easily and it looks really good too my brother was so Impressed I believe he is looking into one as well

Yes I'm afraid we don't do cheap but your Gazebo will last well, given it is outside in all the elements. It shouldn't have been that pricey for similar quality products.

Picked a great bargain with these chairs! They match some other furniture we already have from Katie Blake, that still look good despite being left out in the elements all year. Delivery was quicker than expected too, really pleased with them.

Garden Furniture
The furniture arrived, carefully packaged on the day promised. Everything was as it should be. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that due to ordering fairly late in the season we haven't really used it properly yet.

Bit disappointed that one of the seams on the patio cover we bought has been unlocked and re down. However, the cover itself seems to be a good quality material.

Solving an issue
The measure of a company is how they deal with a problem. I had an issue that was resolved quickly and without issue. Which is why I am giving the five stars. I did however highlight the there was an issue with the product and to my knowledge that has not been resolved. I trust they will pick this up with their suppliers.
