Katie Alice Reviews 

Last year I bought three yellow gingham Katie Alice mugs from Tk Max. I bought a further 2 from Amazon. Unfortunately one was chipped. I wanted these to use outside in the garden.
I decided to buy some Jose's blush gingham mugs to use indoors and ordered one from amazon to see if I liked it. Unfortunately this arrived chipped so was returned, but I did like the design.
Since I have bought 3 English garden wild and free mugs from tk max and ordered one direct from Katie Alice. These were to compliment the yellow gingham mugs for use in the garden.
I have since ordered 10 Jose's blush gingham mugs direct from Katie alice and they arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was excellent. Ordered on a Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday remarkable and they look great.

I. Bought a Katie Alice scented candle on Banardos online it was so beautiful I bought another and a scented diffuser. I am so delighted with them. Beautiful quality, excellent value for money. Well done Alice! They are going to make lovely gifts. Thank you!

Saw a Katie Alice set in our local coffee shop- went on line and discovered this beautiful site.
Placed an order of assorted items, including sale ones to make up a present for a friend.
Very prompt delivery, especially for Northern Ireland!
Unfortunately during delivery one of the plates had broken, so I immediately phoned the company.
A Very pleasant Matt, apologised profusely, asking me to take a photo and email my details- emailed acknowledged with no quibbling.
Within a couple of days I received my new plate.
Wonderful, personal service and beautiful items- 5 stars all the way.

This is the first time ordering online at Katie Alice and must say delighted with ditsy floral cups, saucers and tea plates at sale price.
Pretty dainty design and colour. Just three days from ordering to delivery.

I have been buying online from Katie Alice for some time now and I have been so impressed with the designs and quality. My kitchen is full of Katie Alice items (beautiful bowls, plates, mugs, cutlery, storage tins, etc.). There is always something to find on their excellent website. Their high-quality products are well-priced too. They are a great company too - I had communication with Matt and he was very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I definitely recommend Katie Alice for lovely products.

I had bought some cutlery from you and needed to return it, as requested by you on your website i had to notify you first or fill out a returns form i notified you on a sat bearing in mind i had no automated email back to say you had received it i also completed a contact form to let u know. On Monday i called no one answered i then tried to contact u on FB in the comments again nothing i then used messenger to which i get a response we have been busy all morning your partner will contact me i did want to let you know it wasn’t just today as it came across i was getting frustrated because no one had contacted me on that very instant.
Again we are sorry but we are busy i then tried to explain why im contacting them and i need to return an item and i need to notify you which is what i was trying to do i then get told ive let your partner know im looking after my daughter now not to be rude but i dont care, i am a customer and you are the retailer the customer does not need to know u are looking after your daughter what that says to me is im busy i cant be dealing with you you will have to wait. When your partner does call and again i try to explain and also said gosh you guys are hard to get hold of his response was “if you want to take us to court all the information is on our website “ How rude!!! he has no manners and zero customer service I said hold on hold on i just want to return some cutlery he said for me to send something back i have to email them first to notify them and give a reason why! Well how ridiculous and archaic what if u dont like the reason then what!? I did mention that his online returns form didnt work as it takes u to a brownie recipe he said he had spoken to his website team there was no problem and that my husband ( who's an IT Director)and myself that had the problem we probably didn’t install cookies how unprofessional rude and disrespectful so obviously both our laptops and phones are wrong its laughable I told him he had a spelling error on his site it says From not Form which he ignored and carried on talking now wouldn’t it of been polite to say thank you!!!!! For letting me know ill look into it. He also said i left a negative review and it was unfair what are you 10! Again matt needs lessons in articulation and customer service a better way would of been Do u still feel this way how can i change your mind what can i do to make it better bla bla bla but your partner is rude impolite and doesnt want to listen. He also insinuated he would be difficult to send me a returns form (which actually was just an email no form) with the review i had written so obviously i had to delete it.
I will never ever buy from katie alice again your partner is extremely rude arrogant unpleasant unprofessional has no customer service what so ever, if you only want nice reviews i would brush up on your attitude and don’t post yourselves on FB a review is a review good or bad its how you deal with it that matters and you dealt with appallingly.
