Kath and Kin formerly known as Shabby2Chic Boutique was set up 7 years ago after I was diagnosed with endometriosis and needed a way to support my family. It has been my passion to provide high quality and unique products to our customers, with a second to non customer service. Selling everything from labelled storage jars and dispenser bottles for your kitchen and bathroom, to beautiful ornaments and one off pieces to help our customers style your home and create a modern and organised space with our customised storage jars, bottles and boxes and a wide range of home décor. Kath and Kin rebranded in 2021 from Shabby2Chic Boutique with a range of changes to speak to who we are as a brand including changing our packing to all recyclable. Creating our own minimal style waterproof labels and bringing unique and original homeware to the market. Weather you are looking for a pretty ornament for your home, labelled storage to organise your pantry or kitchen space or gift ideas like pet bowls for your pets or cute mugs for your family and friend. Wish there was an option for zero…
EDIT….This review has obviously been seen by said owners, as the request refund option has now been removed!!
Wish there was an option for zero stars!! I’d recommend anyone to avoid this company! I ordered a cushion from here 15 days ago and still waiting for my order. I’ve sent an email and yet to receive a reply. Tracking order option is a waste of time, as doesn’t state anything regarding my order, apart from they have confirmed my order date. Customer service is diabolical. Never will I use this company again. If my order isn’t here soon. I shall be requesting a refund. Please shop elsewhere!!!

Poor communication & slow to send, and sent wrong items
UPDATE ON THE BELOW - only half of the order I placed has arrived 31 May. Where is the rest of my order? A swift response would be hugely appreciated.
Placed an order on 17 May, only to receive an email with the actual dispatch timeframes of 5-7 working days (and a further 1-2 working days delivery timeframe). This timeframe was not made clear in the purchase process (I have screenshots I can share) - tucking timeframes in an unclear T&C’s link elsewhere on the website isn’t useful to anyone. I emailed customer service after 10 days, despite their somewhat cheeky instruction in the order confirmation email to not follow up until ‘adequate time’ has passed, and still haven’t heard back 3 days after sending. Had I known the delays, I would have made purchases elsewhere as I am now due to travel and don’t want a large bulky order being left with neighbours.
Am still to receive any information about my order being dispatched, and disappointed with the poor communication from this shop.
Thought with a smaller shop and ‘supporting local’ you’d receive better customer service and attention as a paying customer than a larger corp, but have rather received inefficiency.
Currently regretting my decision, and hoping that the products are nice enough to keep when/if they arrive, to justify the several weeks of waiting with no information received.

Amazing products & customer service
rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t let my experience with this fantastic company go unrecognized. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Their product quality is top-notch—well-designed, durable, and clearly made with care and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re putting out into the world.
What really stood out was the customer service from Kathryn. Every interaction I had was met with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help.

Brilliant service
First time I have purchased anything from this firm and I wasn't disappointed, the set of coloured cottages that you can use a candle or incense burner with are just so lovely ,well packed so item was protected during transit reducing the chance of breaking. Cost of item was good too would certainly but again from Kathandkin.
