Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They don’t care about the customer and the delay was of months. Then they lost my address and contact information and I needed to give them again. Unprofessional service and also liars. They make you wait saying they are asking to the management team, and then never get back to you. Or they say “the swords are hand made” while their package said explicitly made in china

Scam/overpriced Chinese items

I've tried to order a katana from them without any research and got disappointed quickly. However, I still waited the given timeframe for the item to ship, of course it did not.

Afterwards contacting them, they just mention delays and promise to ship asap. When requesting refund they ignore it.

The way I got my money back was requesting a chargeback through my bank. Of course they'll try to waste as much time as possible until chargeback is not possible anymore. When my bank got in contact, they immediately responded asking me to cancel the chargeback the next day. I said I would when they refunded me themselves, which obviously didn't happen.

Finally, if you just go to AliExpress and search for keychain katanas, pretty much identical items are priced at about 3 dollars each. Please avoid.

Don’t bother ordering anything off from…

Don’t bother ordering anything off from these scammers. I’ve ordered the AOT sword cause I needed it to be a present, and they said around 13 business days, I waited and past the 13 days I thought maybe the post was delaying it and waited a tiny bit more, my package didn’t arrive. I contacted KatanaKult and got a response from some tramp Glaiza, saying that there was a back log and I should expect it in February, mind you I ordered on the 9th of January, and a month had already gone by, February comes rounds and again there’s a backlog. It’s now March 11th and I still haven’t gotten any tracking number, any USEFUL information or even my package.

Word of advice: DONT.

Not recommended

I ordered two swords (Buster Sword and Grass Cutter) around January because I needed it until March as a birtday gift. They are still "delayed" because many orders. I reached out support couple of times, always had to initiate to get information. All the information support delivered was not true and at this point, I dont think I will receive my order after 2 months. I still dont have tracking order number. I wanted to be a customer, shame they didnt give their best to deliver.

Awesome at first, but then...

I ordered two key chains (The TOTK Master Sword and Kakashi's Katana from Naruto) back at the start last December thinking they'd arrive in time for christmas. The katana was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend, the other was for me. They were on backorder for a long time, which I was okay with. It was christmas time, order numbers were high, shipping to Europe took longer anyway, it was self-evident. Of course it was unfortunate they didn't arrive until christmas, but the customer support's reply to my e-mail was very polite and I didn't mind it further. BUT now it's been a while and the spring making the sword "jump" from the case suddenly just... dropped out. So it wasn't manufactured well enough to withstand it's purpose. Technically, the key chain was still functioning, but I missed the bounce it had. Tried to glue it, but as one can imagine, the entire spring is now stuck together and the sword doesn't go in whole anymore. I have to try and loosen the glue somehow, finding a trickier way to fix it. Another smaller note - The beautiful paintwork starts to wear off quite quickly when you actually use the key chain as a key chain. Though this was to be expected, I wouldn't actually say that as a complaint. My boyfriend has his katana displayed on the rack and doesn't use it often, so his is obviously fine.
As long as the spring didn't come off, I used to be very happy with the quality of the products. It definitely was an eye-catcher among friends and co-workers. Now I have to repair mine somehow before it's usable again.

Scam company

Received a very poor product. I was instantly disappointed. Then it broke within 3 days.

I've not been able to get a refund or replacement in nearly 2 months. Avoid them

Decent quality and speed.

Items arrived less than 2 weeks after order, packaged well enough although could have been slightly more protective, but got here undamaged.

Considering you always get what you pay for the quality of the items is good, clearly these are the £5 generic keyrings available from ebay that are then modified by the seller to look like the advertised sword and have the pop-lock feature on the scabbard.

The pop-lock feature works but no where near as good as in the promotional videos and the more you use the scabbard the more of the paint will wear off the blade itself, definitely best used with the free stand to show off both blade and scabbard.

Will definitely order more if more swords from films/anime that I like become available!

I ordered the Demon Slayer sword…

I ordered the Demon Slayer sword (Tengen Uzui's Nichirin Cleaver) and the package came warped..not what you would want to see opening a package. The actual sword has small little blemishes where it either was painted poorly it chipedd on something. idk. either way, when u buy something offline it should come in good perfect condition. I wont be buying from them again.

Poor service

Items itself is fine, however was ordered on 19th December with a 5-13 working day delivery, after around 15 working days I chased it us as it still wasn't showing despatched only to be told its on back order.

They sent multiple discount emails and seemed offended I wasn't willing to buy anything else while my first order was still sitting in the ether.

Don’t waste your time or money

I ordered from KK on the 5th of January and received my order in a timely manner. However when I unpacked the katana it was poor quality and damaged, the blade didn’t shut properly and the paint work was smudged. I contacted customer services sending photos of the item, they responded asking for a video which I sent. They then replied apologising for the inconvenience and stating they would immediately issue a replacement. A week went by and I heard nothing so I emailed to ask for assistance sending the product back for a full refund as it was a gift and I had waited long enough. This was met by an email 3 days later stating they were busy and the replacement would ship in the next 3 days, I again emailed back saying this is no longer wanted can I arrange a return/refund. This has been ignored, it’s now been over a month since I initially ordered. The whole thing has been a pain, customer service appears good but is awful, and the product was also awful. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered three swords from the site

I ordered three swords from the site, and was told to expect shipment in 5-13 business days. In that time, one of the swords (TOTK Master Sword) went Out of Stock on the site. That made me a little nervous, so I waited for the 14th business day with no word and emailed customer support. I emailed them twice more after that, waiting 48 hours between each message, because I hadn't gotten a response.

Eventually I got notification that two of my items had shipped, but that the Master Sword was backordered. I emailed again and finally got a response after I asked for a refund. I was told that I could not get a refund because the order had already shipped, even though I only asked for a refund for the one that hadn't shipped. I asked again and have not gotten a response.

I received the two that shipped, and they're not great quality. The blades of both are full of marks, blemishes, and chips. They look as though they've been used. Additionally, the mechanism in the sheath that springs the blade out seems to be making marks in the tip of the blade on both of them.

There are other, better sites to purchase these items from. Stay away from Katanakult.

Shocking customer service

Ordered late December '23 and didn't expect it straight away being in the UK. Had no confirmation of order so emailed support and they responded quite quickly and said it might be delayed, which wasn't what I was asking. Turned up 6th Jan'24 and thought this was perfect, until I tried to use it, the lock mechanism didn't work. Emailed support again and asked how I go about a replacement. They said sorry about the fault, could I send a video of it not working, which I did. Its been just over a week and no reply to my video email or the 2 chaser emails I've sent.
As much as I love the concept of these katanas, and would love to purchase more for my man cave, I can't see me taking the risk again.

One star is too many

One star is too many, they can advertise a lot but deliver nothing. I ordered at the beginning of December and I realized it could take longer, at some point I asked when I could expect the sword, no answer, asked again after a few days, again no answer, wrote to them on Instagram, no answer, they didn't even read the message. Doesn't seem to be a scam, but they can't get their act together and don't even manage to answer an email. I have requested my money back from PayPal. Stay away from them unless you feel like chasing your sword or your money.

Took a chance!

Took a chance and ordered mine 23/12 knowing full well it would take a while coming from China to the UK, but it's just landed, both one for me and a gift for a friend, love the quality, nice weight to them too!

In terms of customer service, I once requested an update, was given an update within 24 hours, no complaints from my end.

Took a month and me starting a dispute before anyone responded. I never received what was ordered and the dispute only gave me the product money back but not the shipping costs..

Terrible customer service

Tried to cancel my order, and a representative said they would speak with management about issuing a refund. Three weeks go by with no follow-up even though I tried to reach them two more times after the initial cancellation request, and suddenly the package is being shipped. Terrible customer service and will dodge issuing refunds to keep your money. Do not buy from them. They do not care about assisting their customers.
