Incredible product and cust service

I got a Katana for my boyfriend’s birthday along with the wooden stand, the katana came in first and I was unsure if the stand was supposed to come along with it. I emailed the team and within 15 minutes they came in with a reply and kindly apologised for not having communicated they would come seperate. They quickly attached the tracking link and advised me they would help if I had any concerns. Truly outstanding customer service and the sword itself is absolutely incredible, very well packaged and the blade sealed to avoid scratches. Thanks so much!
