I understand the concerns of the people…
I understand the concerns of the people here. We ordered a katana on 21st November. No, there's no communication at all. Yes, we reported the case at Klarna. No, the katana doesn't come from Germany, it comes from South Korea and 27 Euros of duty must be paid. However, it has just arrived, we even recorded it as we were opening the package as we were already sceptical. The patience worth it, we got a beautiful product. The blade is beautifully prepared, with oil treated, in a Japanese decoration box packed. We got a mini katana as an extra, a wooden holder, plus cleaning tools.
I give four stars because, understandably, the company receives several negative reviews. They should do something about the communication is all, and shouldn't promise fast delivery. We first got a UPS tracking number on the 16th of December, so well after the order. But it is here, and really high quality!
Hint: a report to Paypal or Klarna may make their hands faster.
