Thick

Delivery from kaspers didn’t arrive, contacted them to try and speak with delivery driver..staff at kaspers rude and unintelligent..less than useless..they’d be better claiming benefits..as they lack the basic communication skills required to work with the public

Very horrible service

Very horrible service! The guy with glasses was very rood. Hi was speaking bad in fron of kids . Plus the drinks was so horrible. They mixed hot chocolate with hold water and ice . And we asked for oreo bubble drink .
My kids was eating waffles 🧇, as I don’t eat sweets I grab myself a snack. The worker turned up to me and said I want be entertaining place again as I am eating something else . Hi asked take food out of my mouth and leave the place when my kids was just about to eat waffles I paid £25

Kaspas in Bury

Kaspas in Bury is great. Staff nice , polite and helpful. I had a strawberry & Nutella waffle. It was the best waffle I have had. I would definitely recommend that people give it a try

Out of date icecream

We ordered 4 waffles, they arrived and had hardly any toppings on them. We also had a side order of ice cream and it was rotten and tasted out of date.

Happy kids

Greenwich Kaspss is brilliant! Friendly atmosphere, staff really great with the kids and fantastic icecream. We took the kids last time we came down to London and when we came back, Greenwich Kaspas was top of their list of places to revisit! Happy kids again this time. Thank you.

The manager and staff are fantastic!

The manager and staff are fantastic! They were all incredibly accommodating with our group with physical disabilities and special needs. The restaurant/diner is beautiful: lovely decor & ambiance, lots of space, very clean toilets and the deserts are absolutely amazing and very good value for money! I highly recommend this restaurant, we've already been back a second time and will definitely return in the future.

I went to Ashford Kaspas to treat the…

I went to Ashford Kaspas to treat the kids after bowling. First of there was no one at the lobby to welcome us, so I went straight to the counter to order whiles I asked the kids to sit at a table I chose myself. But I released I have not asked the kids what they wanted so I asked them to come over and tell the lady what they wanted, so after the kids got up from the table a couple with a buggy came in and this time around a lady asked them to sit on the table which was already taken by me. I was expecting the lady taken my order to inform the lady at the lobby that that table was already taken! But to my surprise she looked on for the couple to settle then told me I will have to move you. I said no am not moving because I chose that table first! This lady argued with me and basically told me she ain’t serving me, and what will I do????? I was shocked 😳 I just told my kids to get out of that place. So we got home without their treat. I have plans of taken few friends on my birthday on the 29th there to celebrate but this has put me off. A very rude customer service from them. And the sad thing was she shouted at every colleague who wanted to get involved. Very disgusting personality that lady has. Sad sad sad!

Plymouth kaspas is wonderful…

Plymouth kaspas is wonderful the food excellent my experience was top notch Muhammad who took my order was polite and considerate and even sorted out a discrepancy (with his colleague I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) with my order which only came to light when our order came to the table very efficient staff at your Plymouth store it’s made our mummy daughter day thank you kaspas

I really love their strawberry…

I really love their strawberry cheesecake sundaes but...

The last time I ordered one it was barely full of ice cream with massive gaps at the bottom. The sundae cup was covered in syrup on the outside and once I got to the bottom of the cup I noticed that the ice cream they'd used was coconut flavour. Coconut ice cream isn't included in the ingredients list for the strawberry cheesecake sundae on their website, and while I do love coconut ice cream, if I or someone else were allergic, this could have been a serious incident. Seems like laziness/carelessness to me, and for the price I expect much better service. I don't think I will be returning, sadly.

First time having Kaspas…

First time having Kaspas on the say so of my kids. Never again £11 for my dessert delivered. Cold & soggy certainly not what i had expected a toddler could've made it.
Definitely not worth the money. Won't be trying it again.

Every table was disgusting even tho the shop was empty…. Some covered in glasses and dishes, others sticky with glass rings over them all, only two working toilets, which I would say was the worst condition I’ve seen, one with actual poop on the seat, dirty and need inspected by h&s…

Reckless customer service

we (a group of 8 people) visited Kaspas on deane road yesterday and there was only one girl at that time. She was a bit annoyed and rushing as she was by herself. We ordered our ice creams and waited for for it to arrive. Meanwhile she kept telling our kids off not to do certain things and all . Anyways the order arrived some were missing and took another age to come, my strawberry sundae came without strawberries, when i asked her where are the strawberries she said its been changed look at the menu again. I mean if strawberry sundae doesnt have strawberries in it then is it really a strawberry sundae? hmmm so i looked into the menu and I showed her here it is it comes with strawberries she said just sit down I will bring it in a separate bowl . so this was the sundae i have been waiting for since 3 weeks to set a time and day with my friends to come as we all work. so it was ruined thanks to her
the other thing my friend's frappe and her daughter;s ice cream never arrived till we left the shop
That little 5 year old kept waiting for her ice cream and had little shares from everyone so it was very disappointing when we asked her she said to my friend you never ordered her ice cream
We left the shop leaving most of the ice creams on the tables as it turned out to be a disaster and we spent around 45 pounds yesterday in the shop and it was just wasted.
The management need to manage it correctly. In a hot weather like yesterday and a Friday evening only 1 staff is not enough and its not the customer's fault.

Horsham branch

Horsham branch - service was appalling, slow, adults deserts came 5 minutes before the kids which is just daft. Not clean, windows were filthy but at least the 100’s of ants were enjoying it

UBER EATS My daughter, ordered a delivery from Kaspas in Hastings, as a treat for herself and a sister with her money that she’d earned all over half term. Driver did not come to the address lied and said he’s been outside for eight minutes. Because he said he had been there for eight minutes there is no refund. Caspers in Hastings have done nothing to rectify the situation. As they have said it’s nothing to do with them
And their hands are tied and I would need to deal with it with Uber I’ve emailed Uber no reply and no phone number for anyone to talk to. Don’t use Uber and don’t use Kaspas in Hastings!

I don't recommend this resturant

Staff are polite. Order was messed up on a number of occasions. Coffee tasted weak and was cold even after we asked for it to be warmed. Food was small undeserving of immense price and bitter.

the workers were very rude and hair in food

the workers were very rude! me and my friends from drama went there for a nice dessert and my friend had a peice of long black straight hair on her food she she wanted a refund, the man was then screaming at us saying my friend put the hair on the food but it was after my friend complained when she took the plate and looked at it disgusted. they only showed that part of the video and wouldn’t skip back to when she found the hair on it. they were shouting threatening to call the police on a bunch of teenage girls and kicking us out, fair play one of the workers were really nice who delivered the food but i’m sure none of us or our family will never ever go there again! my friend was on the verge of tears. the worker also went off with my friends phone i’ve never been treated so badly at a restaurant. worst day ever

First time visit and Fancied a dessert…

First time visit and Fancied a dessert and coffee. They had no coffee!!! The place seem to be run by youngsters who didn't seem to know how to act proffesionally and the place seemed to be empty. Went to a local independent and thoroughly enjoyed the same for a fraction of the cost. Didn't even mind the wait for the table as they were full!! Kaspa's need to look at how the competition are beating them on service and product availability, by giving better value fof money and experienced staff

Extremely soggy and disgusting looking…

Kaspas elephant and castle
And kaspas Greenwhich both ruined it for me. Dates 26 may, order #59945 and 25 may, order #F14D0

Milkshakes and bubble slush is always on point but Extremely soggy and disgusting looking apple crumble I’m never going or ordering from kaspas again it’s always a hit and miss tired of restaurants not keeping the same food standard at all times. I doubled back to not be to harsh and give them 2 stars because I did enjoy this place and don’t want to be to harsh of 2 bad experiences with food. Kaspas greenwhich served me soggy Apple crumble that looked like cheese cake I immediately chucked in the bin and kaspas elephant and castle apple crumble was just Trash too much apple and not enough crumble I almost forgot the tiny espresso cup of custard the give you with Apple crumble is hilariously small I had to buy my own custard from the shop. I had one great experience from kaspas greenwhich on 21st may order #3D4D1 apple crumble was on point tasted perfect packaging was good and came in a nice rounded container. Get it together Kaspas 🤦🏾‍♂️ so disappointed this place has so much potential but the lack of care put into food just ruins the experience I also emailed Because they have no direct number to call and I doubt I will get a response.

I have only ever visited your Rugby…

I have only ever visited your Rugby branch so I’m not sure if this is across the board but you get charged VAT on top of the price on the menu meaning the prices on the menu are excluding VAT. Having googled it extensively as it made me rather mad. If an establishment does this they must clearly show it via signs outside or within the shop. There are no signs anywhere stating this at the rugby store and it’s not written on the menus either! This is completely against the law and will now be reporting you to trading standards. Just put the actual price on the menu rather than being shocked when you get to the til and find out it’s 20% more. I’m disgusted!
