I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Kashmir Origin. 🚨

The product I received did not match what was shown on the website. The fabric quality was poor, and the finishing was not up to the mark. Even the pocket was made with a completely different material, which made the overall product look cheap.

I requested a return, but the process has been very frustrating. There was no proper response for a long time, and customer support was not helpful at all. Communication is slow and unclear.

Overall, the service is very poor and not trustworthy. I would not recommend ordering from here. Please be careful before making a purchase.😔‼️🚨

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a pheran, but the quality is not good at all. The product does not match what was shown. The pocket is made with a completely different color and material, and the finishing is very poor.

I requested a return, but it has been more than 1 week and there is still no proper response. I have sent emails and messages, but their replies are very unhelpful.

Very bad service and not recommended. Please be careful before ordering from them.

I purchased a kurta for ₹3100 + ₹250 delivery. After receiving it, I didn’t like the product and requested a return.

Returns were refused. Exchange was offered, BUT I was asked to pay ₹500 shipping (₹250 to send back + ₹250 again to receive the exchanged kurta), even though delivery was already paid once.

These charges were not clearly communicated before purchase. This is extremely unfair and misleading for customers.
