With Kartra and its tools, I have had the opportunity to take my virtual school and my students to higher levels. For years, I had used other platforms, but there is no other like Kartra.

Love it! Hands down the best all-in-one marketing platform for professionals in the info-product space.

Brilliant customer service - in all my years using Kartra I've always felt very supported and any challenges that arise are solved quickly and effortlessly. Ultimately the platform has everything I could need at my current level. Very happy!

My only (minor) challenge with Kartra is some of the back end user functions can be unnecessarily fiddly and time consuming (e.g accessing a members portal to add new content to it requires clicking through all of the edit settings - minor inconvenience)

I really love all the features that Kartra offers. It is helping me grow my educational company and is way more user friendly than anything else I have tried.

Terrible took too long for them to fix the issue and our sites were down for 10 days.

To respond to your request. you can go and look for yourself the many emails that were sent from me and my partner trying to get in. I am not taking any time to give information when you can go yourself and look at all the emails that were sent everyday two and three times a day of being blocked.

Overall, love Kartra! But there are definitely some things I could use.... Better CRM management, and better interface and organizing features in the Media area.

Kartra is the "machine behind my business" and has been since it was in beta in 2018. I utilize their pages, products, emails (both broadcasts and automated sequences), and automations to streamline. I love having most of my business needs in one place, and not having to rely on cross platform automations to keep the essentials together. I love the teams commitment to always improving and adding new features often.

I have been a Kartra user for half a year and what I love about them the most is their support. I have never experienced such helpful, cordial, patient and professional support before. Their support sets new standards and raises the bar very high. No matter what challenge I have, I am always sure that they will help me solve it.

Apart from that, it is the most professional marketing platform I have ever dealt with. You don't need anything else.

I have now used Kartra almost since the beginning (I joined december 2018) and I have been really, really happy with that decision. The fact that everything is in one place (website editor, course manager, videos, newsletter, sales, everything is fantastic. Its just simple and functional.

I have had some frustration with the website and newsletter editors, which are probably the only minus (in my experience) with Kartra, but I'm also seeing them improving along with now a much smoother interface compared to earlier. A lot has happened especially in the past year. There's clearly a big willingness to constantly improve the experience and functionality, so I'm definitely not going anywhere else!

Now, what REALLY carries Kartra is the *impeccable* customer service. I feel safe and supported with such an important tool for my business.

We are using Kartra for almost four years now and we are happy. The platform is constantly improving and adding more features.
