Quality of wigs I purchased was…
Quality of wigs I purchased were terrible. Then there's the purposefully confusing currency lay out. Firmly believe they send influencers quality wigs but what they sell is subpar. Also you should know YOU pay for the return, after sending several emails for the return address (super sketch). My first quote to send it back was over $200 l.... they know what they're doing its a "one off scam"

Doesn’t deliever on promise date
Doesn’t deliever on promise date and when you contact customer service no apology or no way to make up for late delivery! This is fustrating purchasing a product and it’s not arriving on time at all! Customer service doesn’t even try to work with you to compensate for their mistake. It’s not fair for us to pay on time and in full and to not receive package on time!
