I have purchased from their stores many times, most recently an NVMe SSD, but in general just about everything from gardening equipment to quad bike mirrors, and I have never encountered any problems. The animal-related section, including horseback riding equipment, is ridiculously rich. The store is often looked down upon, and the owner is criticized for belonging to a silly religious group and for holding views on the political right. First of all, all religions are silly. Secondly, and that's so terribly common, those who identify with the political left have not managed to build such a great and comprehensive store themselves; thus by attacking the accomplishments of their political rival, they only belittle themselves who are doing "even" worse.

I wait 7 days my shoes and still they didn send any shoes.....never more that web site! Never!

I've ordered shotgun two weeks before my weapon permit expires. Enough time. Nobody handle my case even after my two intervention calls. Now i have nor my shotgun and weapon permit which costs me 105 euro. Only loses. Not recommend that shopping.

Slow delivery. I ordered a toy for my kid and on the product page, it said the delivery starts the next day. However, it took 3 days for the delivery to be started.

I ordered package from their website.. instead of send to near my address to pick up.. they shipped it to other side of the town.. send email but no one reply...
