Karity customer service is an illusion
Customer service is an illusion with this company. I wrote in with an issue on my order and wound up with my ticket tossed into the void. I tried to contact another person within the company when they began spamming my email with coupons and was told I needed to find someone else to talk to. I tried posting my review to the site, hoping to maybe illicit a response, but the site won’t allow you to post a negative review as the buttons to submit become dead. The site itself is throwing up error messages every time you go to a different page, so it may be that nobody is actually running the page anymore. I’m not sure what happened to Karity because they used to be really responsive and the site used to be completely functional.
