Customer service is an illusion with this company. I wrote in with an issue on my order and wound up with my ticket tossed into the void. I tried to contact another person within the company when they began spamming my email with coupons and was told I needed to find someone else to talk to. I tried posting my review to the site, hoping to maybe illicit a response, but the site won’t allow you to post a negative review as the buttons to submit become dead. The site itself is throwing up error messages every time you go to a different page, so it may be that nobody is actually running the page anymore. I’m not sure what happened to Karity because they used to be really responsive and the site used to be completely functional.

First order was uncomplicated. Second got lost st dhl, but they have an awesome customer service. The makeup is highly pigmented and the matte lipsticks are longlasting. ❤️

Great makeup at stupid good prices! I was shocked by the quality of the pigment. It's definitely not Morphe quality, but it sits right next to all the Urban Decay palettes I have. I've only tried their eyeshadow which I've been very happy with.
