Fantastic service from Karia Accountants and unlimited patience in helping me understand things (I know nothing about what to do with my accounts!). Regular updates, notably when the Covid-19 pandemic began and workplaces were impacted and 100% dependable and reliable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accountancy services. Hinal has been absolutely great from the start. Our appointment was at a time and location that was convenient for us and outside of normal office hours. Hinal went above and beyond in explaining allowances and alleviating our concerns, clarifying allowable expenses, backdating returns for earlier years, managing additional income from locum work, discussing timelines for returns and also helped managing rental income, losses and capital gains tax. Fees remain very competitive.

Throughout the year Hinal has always been available to discuss any issues. The return itself was calculated by Hinal and the rebate from HMRC was in our bank account within a week.
