Same problem as everyone else!!!!! They cancelled and struggling to get my money back or get in contact with anyone! Stay away and avoid, you've been warned! Reporting to trading standards and BBC watchdog!!! SCAM

Booked for 12 people for the event in Bristol costing over £500 arrived at the venue for my 40th birthday for the barstaff to rudely tell us that the event had been cancelled by the organiser. Zero communication of this and had got the train for an hour there and hour back for no reason.
Absolutely heartbreaking
Now they won’t answer the phone or emails

Distgusting 12 ppl booked for 40th birthday arrived at venue cancelled no email to say this. Not even sure whether get money back so awful

Absolute SCAAAAAMMM STAY AWAY , nearly £450 between ten of us and they cancelled and would not reply to our emails before the event and still no replys about a refund after the date of the cancelled event....DO NOT BUY A TICKET ITS A HUGE SCAM ....THIS EMAIL IS A RED FLAG TO STAY AWAY RATHER THAN A ONE STAR REVIEW

If I could 0 I would…£400 for bottomless brunch for 9 people..only found out venue 24 hours ahead..( Blackpool )appalling communication from start to finish
Food disgusting dried up chicken strips( 3 ) spoon of cold Mac n cheese and slab of burnt brownie nothing like the menu were we told when booking
Bottomless brunch was a farce was Prosecco or lager and after waiting an hour for first drink we manage to just about squeeze the second drink in
Gluten free guest was given wrong plate of food and they only realised half way thru and was I’ll all afternoon ( eho next email)
Entertainment was a no show so two young girls who were waitresses were left to serve food and entertain ( I use this term very loosely ) people walking out mid show and was only three tables there to start
Never got going and when we asked for a manager he simply said this should of been cancelled and all money refunded, telling us to contact customer services
Easier said than done when they have now chosen again to ghost us …as have Twitter, Facebook and messenger

Booked Bournemouth, paid in January - turned up on 8th October for my daughters birthday. Was told it was cancelled by the venue owner.
They owe us £160, don't answer the phone, sent me a form to complete for a refund (Form does not work) apparently I'll be added to the 'queue'
Ruined my daughters birthday, cost us fuel and time and no refund. This is an absolute disgrace

It's like a rowdy teenage party serving up burger and chips hardly any menu choice I got macaroni cheese and 2 chicken dippers in a plastic basket with a few leaves for £25 only drink options were gin prosecco beer with no service for drinks till about 1hour in after we had eaten , they hadent employed enough staff to serve the amount of people there a few party games going on getting folk up ( the people who arrived inebriated joined in ) I felt sorry for friends who paid £50 for bottom less drinks couldn't get a drink for 1hour in when you are ushered out after 90 minutes Waste of money advert misleading no 5* food No drink on arrival No cocktails be aware FASLELY ADVERTISED

Absolutely Awful! Don’t waste your money!! I’d give this a 0 if I could.
Nothing like what we expected it was like being at a kids party! The entertainment was garbage no comedy value at all, just saying the ‘f’ word over and over again over a microphone isn’t called entertainment.
We had paid for bottomless £46 each and considering this is a 90 minute event we were still waiting for the first round 45mins after arriving. Menu and drinks nothing like what was advertised, no cocktails either and when I finally got a gin it tasted like water! The Prosecco was also flat. Friends in the group who didn’t go bottomless were also ment to get a drink included in ticket price but were told they had to pay for them. Absolute rip off!!! Would have been better off going to McDonald’s!

If there was option for 0 stars I would have used it . It’s taken me 6 months of stress to get my money back for 8 people over £350 … My Advice if you haven’t got your money back and are sick of chasing the company that constantly lie then if you have paid by pay pal or by credit card open up a case that’s the only way you’ll get your refund. There robbing peoples money !
This company is fraud they got terrible attitudes in the restaurant but they are acting… The worse people are the directors who own the buisness and work in this way !

Booked for Newcastle and still no refund iv been emailing but with no reply I will never book here again apparently disgusting customer service support

Newcastle event was cancelled. We were told we would get a full refund. This was August 5th 2023. Today still no refund, asked for bank details sent across 5 weeks ago. Email for updates and all I get is they will check with accounts, then come back and say I’m in the queue for a refund!!

Shocking treatment. They cancelled Newcastle at short notice rearranged twice and then they wanted to change the date for a third time to which we said no. Like many other reviewers was asked for bank details so we could be refunded but after a month still nothing. We are owed over £350 not to mention money lost on train tickets and babysitters. I’ve emailed again and will be taking further action if no response. They should be stopped from carrying on with this appalling treatment of people. Other date of non experience was 2nd sept 2023

We visited the Bury restaurant to celebrate my partners birthday. He was unaware about the concept and took it well. Our waitress was Jodie and she was fab. The food was good too and reasonably priced. Would recommend the milkshake and the Buttermilk burger.

Really looking forward to this event however this was cancelled in our area, these things happen so that's fine. We have been promised a refund on July 11th as there is no other local ones however we still haven't received this.
I regularly email however the response I get is chased with accounts.

Not even one star! Wouldn't bother booking, it was cancelled in our area have been promised a refund on various occasions still nothing... event was cancelled in July!! Don't waste your money booking as you won't get your money back you are entitled to when they cancel it!!! Only been even an email address to try and contact and no one gets back to you and when they do they just ask for the same information about your booking and say refund will come and nothing. Really bad customer service.

Went to a pop up Karen’s Diner on Tour in Jesmond and I have never been so disappointed in something which was supposedly a ‘fun experience’ Young kids serving burgers and chips with their sullen looking faces on par with moody teenagers I live with. Then paying them for their entertainment which is basically swearing at you ‘F off’ a number of times and because they are limited to what they can say to their audience the only other thing is for them to scream ‘f off’ and call everyone old. Boring and pointless as they aren’t entertainers/actors just bored skint people doing a mundane job they don’t want to be doing. The food was mediocre but the entertainment factor was deplorable and I’m afraid the event was a total waste of money. Lots of people leaving reviews regarding cancelled events and that doesn’t surprise me. I just wished our event had been cancelled to save me from having to endure the pain of sitting through that shower of @hit

Terrible company cancelled the event and now hasn't refunded us and ignoring E-mailed Where is our refund? Going to take this to the press, trading standards and the council.

Went to Karen's Diner on tour in April, had a blast. Ordered aprons at £38 each, two of them, told they would be posted as out of stock. They never arrived. Its now September and have been calling and emailing for months. Had 1 email reply asking for proof of purchase which I sent and they acknowledged, but nothing since.

We booked with the tour and our venue was rearranged. Unfortunately for to holidays we were unable to make the new date so we requested a refund! That was over 2 months ago!!!! I have emailed repeatedly called and left messages and still no refund!!! I wouldn’t mind if it hadn’t been their decision to rearrange!!! Definitely following up with their terrible customer service reputation although waiting for £300 is not a laughing matter!!
