The customer service here truly goes above and beyond! I got a Karaoke machine for my mum for Christmas and was having extreme difficulty with connecting the microphones to our home sound system. I emailed on Christmas Eve not expecting a response until after the holidays but received help almost immediately from Rob who kindly helped walk me through it and even sent me pictures for support. It's hard to find customer service like that anymore and it's something my whole family appreciated as it really made our Christmas easier!

A five star experience making my purchase from Rob extremely helpful and knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble. Rob puts the customer first.
