I was scared because i sent my boyfriend a surprise gift and had no replies on that so i called the hotline service of kapruka to know about the delivery and they were very friendly and got me the latest update on the delivery since the app gets a bit delayed to update status. Over all the service was super!

As of 9:00 PM on 14th February 2026, the gift pack has still not been delivered. This order was placed specifically in advance to ensure timely delivery on Valentine’s Day. Failing to deliver on the committed date, especially for such an important occasion, is completely unacceptable.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment. I am extremely disappointed with your service, delivery management, and customer service standards. There has been no proper communication, update, or explanation regarding the delay.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed yesterday, which has still not been delivered to the recipient. I attempted to follow up several times after 6.30 p.m. as I did not receive any update regarding the delivery status.
During a call I made around 9.10 p.m., one of your agents informed me that the order would be delivered within 30–45 minutes. However, even after waiting for more than an hour, I did not receive any update. I then called again and was connected to another agent.
During my last call, I was informed that the delivery could not be completed because the recipient did not answer the phone. However, to my understanding, in such situations the sender should also be contacted and informed about the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Unfortunately, I did not receive any such communication.
Additionally, during my final call, the agent who answered the phone stopped responding while the call was still connected, and I could hear background office noise. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the reputation of your company.
I have records of these interactions. While I hope this matter can be resolved professionally, I expect a proper explanation and prompt resolution to this issue.
Please look into this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the status of my order.

Extremely Bitter Icing Cake from Kapruka.. 🤮
I ordered a cake from Kapruka to deliver on the 28th of January 2026 . Since I never had a bad experience with Kapruka before, I ordered a cake worth 6500 ( pink bloom ribbon cake). However, the cake was awful. The pink icing was extremely bitter🤮..I don’t know how it could be that bitter😵💫. I scraped off all the butter icing and had a piece of the cake, which was okay, but overall it was an awful experience. It was definitely not worth the price. How did it arrive with such horrible, bitter icing? Don’t you check the quality of your products? I’m never going to buy anything from Kapruka again.. Please check the quality of your products before giving them to customers. It ruins the customer's special days...
