If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.

Unclear instructions to the course
To me it was not real self explanatory. I did not know each section had a time limit on them. It was not explained there was a final protest and then you had to take a final test with psi.

The booklet is very friendly to use and online exam or they give uou option to do it on a form and then submit it by email or online. So its easy to follow

Disappointed!
I was very pleased with the video portion of my classes, but was extraordinarily disappointed in the written classes. Perhaps I missed that the material was all in writing, but I will switch to a different provider if that's the case in the future. One of the things I like about Kaplan are the workbooks and two of my classes didn't offer them. I also felt that the Fair Housing module had a lot of information that was not related to the subject matter. I thought the material (especially, the written ones)
were not near as good as in past years!

The course is hard to follow, the website is confusing and the steps were not very clear. I wish I had found a better program to use.
