Extremely bad technical support, lack o fluency in customer relationship, primitive CRM systems that turn contact of student with the staff very difficult, even impossible. At this terms, programmatic contents are irrelevant.

I was always lost as to why or how any of the labs related to the material. They don't explain why you are doing any of the steps and sometimes it is very unclear why you are doing that particular lab at all. I didn't learn anything from them, just clicked my way to the end every time

Practice test engine not at all like the question in the real exam.
The practice test engine for CASP-002 didn't really prepare me much for the actual test. The question were not at all similar to the ones on the exam. I wasn't expecting a word for word question/answer mirrored to the exam, but I was at least expecting a question that's in the fashion of the Exam questions. The exam questions were extremely convoluted with multiple degrees of "gotcha" questions. I feel that the practice tests should be in the same fashion. The practice test question were extremely short in comparison to what I experienced with the CompTIA CASP-002 test.

I felt that the questions did not match the actual exam enough. I did pass, but felt unprepared for many of the questions.

CompTIA CASP
For the high expense, I expected impeccable material. While the majority of the information is good, I would routinely come across invalid links for references, references with questionable credibility, and once a website that my antivirus told me was known for malware.

the result of the exam for which I was prepared was not successful since the material that you sold to me did not correspond to the exam contents. I sent two emails requesting the return guarantee and you did not respond. therefore I consider that the guarantee offered by you is not true

I am not able to use on my cell phone (apple).
I can access from my ipad but it is not a consistent experience. I am not able to accurately document which questions were correct or incorrect. Sometimes 'Correct' is pre clicked, sometimes I am not able to click correct or incorrect.
The experience is consistent on my laptop but this is not my preferred method of use for flash cards.
As a past customer, I preferred the multiple choice format for flash cards. Some of the questions are worded to include the answers or are poorly worded for the content it describes.
