Ebook purchase and reader
It was not easy to use my current email address when I was trying to purchase my ebook. The agent on chat kept asking me about an old email address. Most person using an email @gmail.com. When the email was changed and I purchase the book the confirmation said I will receive another email about the app to read. I have not received it. I trying to use either app and I am not getting through.

Do not recommend — recurring issues
I strongly do not recommend Kaplan. There is a bug on their end preventing me from accessing the online materials I paid extra for. I raised a ticket and was told they cannot fix it and will not extend my access — even though some materials are about to expire through no fault of mine. This is not the first time I've had access problems with Kaplan. Facing the same issue again makes it clear this is a pattern. The whole point of buying study materials is to actually be able to study — and with Kaplan, that is simply not guaranteed.

Great textbook with online access
Needed a CIMA textbook for a paper I was writing. Great textbook, had instant inking access for my immediate needs and the textbook for my next exam. Delivered quickly. My only slight complaint was that the payment was not taken immediately, which for me wasn't an issue, it just surprised me at getting taken several days after I had already received the item.
