Ordered a jar of nut butter. Order confirmed and money taken. Two days later the money appeared back in my account and looking at my account on their website showed the order had been cancelled. No email to explain or apologise. Probably best avoided.

Wish I’d read these reviews first. Do not order from this company. They have zero customer service, do not reply to emails and do not send out products. Whether it’s a scam or they are just useless I don’t know. I feel such an idiot for not reading reviews before I trusted this seller with my hard earned money.

product delicious if you ever get it but absolutely non existent customet service - orders can take weeks and weeks to arrive and the last order i placed april 2023 never arrived and no reply or response from Kape. I eventually got my money back through my bank. Not even sure if Kape are still operating?

Do not use kape nuts
This company should be avoided! They have charged me for large products but only sent small ones. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried to contact them via email, their website and PayPal, they haven't responded to any of these routes. I tried to support a small business but wish I hadn't. Do not use this company.

Love the product. Great customer service.
I first got these 'activated' nuts from amazon, and loved them. Great taste, really crunchy. I'd previously had the ones from a well-known baking ingredients manufacturer; these, to me, are just in a higher league.
I've since bought directly from the company, as that seemed like the right way to support what was clearly a small domestic business. They had a few issues with delivery (who doesn't at the moment?!), but email queries were answered quickly, politely and the delivery was corrected with no problems. Exactly what you need from an internet seller.
Highly recommend! (Unless you or family have allergies, of course)
