Not even Blue light

I ordered glasses from here probably 2 weeks ago. They got here yesterday and they are huge and to mention NOT EVEN BLUE LIGHT. This is ridiculous and they weren’t super cheap!!

Extremely disappointed

I wrote 2 times do Kanturo’s customer service regarding order #104045 with no response. They put the wrong address (no apartment number nor telephone number even though I gave it both while putting my order). Therefore my order did not come and is now being shipped back to Kanturo. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of help.

Delivered wrong pair and no follow-up

I got delivered a wrong pair and written in twice to them with no reply and no action.. Saw many other reviews with similar experiences (ie. Issue with the parcel and no follow up) If the team sees this, I would appreciate some responsible follow-up!

[update] Thanks for the reply. Didn’t receive an order number but you may check my Request 38169 sent to Kanturo Support.

I ordered two pairs of glasses over a…

I ordered two pairs of glasses over a month ago and my parcel never arrived. I have been watching the tracking updates and the last it was updated was over 3 weeks ago. They do not provide information on my second carrier so I have no idea where my parcel is. The only way I could contact support was via email which was terrible service. I emailed multiple times and was supported by two people who never got back to me on my concern. There is no phone number to call for concerns like this.

I am annoyed and do no recommend ordering from this website.

I spend at least 10 hours a day looking at screens, I work in an office environment, have an active IG account, co-host on another IG page and enjoy some Netflix during down time. The Kanturo anti blue light glasses have been a game changer for me with migraines 👏🏼 I wouldn’t be without them now. And they are so stylish too. Win win 💕 highly recommended!

Warning do not buy cheap plastic

Warning. Fake cheap Chinese product marketed as blue light glasses. They are small, poorly made and rattle, likely made at a factory that pollutes our earth. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE CHEAP RATS! 30% filter - get real you muppet.

Sorry to hear you did not have a good customer experience. We do quality assessments on all factories that produce our glasses. Our blue light glasses filters are tested so make sure they block 30% of all blue light. We have a video of our blue light filter test which we can send you via e-mai/DMl. Blue light glasses excellent quality

Excellent customer services had a slight problem over length of delivery but sorted quickly and more down to covid problems and couldn’t be helped.
Blue light glasses are brilliant and ranges of styles excellent to choose from.
Would highly recommend customer service and quality of glasses to everyone

Amazing Quality .

Arrived broken

I bought glasses from there this summer. They arrived broken. They said they would send new ones and I havent received them after emailing with several staff. I just want me money back. How annoying.

Glasses came with a defect

Glasses came with a defect, I contacted Kanturo about it, said they will ship a new pair, but 2 months passed by and I never received the promised new pair.

The glasses i recieved were packaged…

The glasses i recieved were packaged really well and came in a beautiful black case with cleaning cloth. I am extremely happy with my glasses and have been getting compliments on how well they look and the flattering shape, lots of people asking where i got them, i also find it a lot easier to be on laptop doing assignments, along with reading from the PowerPoint/projector in classroom in college. All round i am very happy and hope to order another pair in different colour. Thank you for the emails asking how im finding my glasses the customer service is outstanding.
