Wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering from this company.
It’s now nearly 1 month since my order and have heard nothing other than telling me it had been shipped.
My only advice to others is, do not order from Kansimo.
Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Eventually got dog toy after about 4 weeks. Totally squashed flat & unuseable as I cant get it at all back to round and the ribbons wont stay rolled up & inside as its so flat & out of shape. Contacted them for a return & refund. They sent the instructions in German & now wont reply to my emails. I wouldn't waste your money & avoid this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchase.
I ordered a dog toy a month ago to help give my dog mental stimulation whilst he was being neutered and still haven't received it! I've asked for an update and they sent me a website to track which doesn't even work and won't offer me a refund because their system is automated apparently!!? Think the other reviews are pretty accurate. I have now asked for a complaint to be opened but I have a feeling it won't be.
Ordered over a month ago and nothing so far received . Emailed for an update 31/10 and told this was processed and given a tracking number which doesn't work. Not holding out any hope of actually ever receiving this order so would avoid but will review again if this actually turns up or at least some contact from this Company ..
Would also give minus 0 if I could. Ordered on 16th Oct. Email 28th saying order shipped. Still nothing received and no replies to emails.

If I could give 0 I would. Placed an order 10th Oct. Received an email on the 15th to say my order had been shipped with a tracking link. When you click on it, its chargeable. Have emailed company 3 times since and no response at all. Clearly a scam. Disgraceful

Likewise. Ordered 9 days ago and no contact from kansimo since despite my email to them asking for an update. Fed up with companies not delivering and for the social media platforms they advertise on doing nothing about it!
I ordered from this company but have not received my goods it has now been 9 days. It said standard postage 6-9 days
I wrote a email asking about dispatch but no response. Really they just said they had backlog of orders I’m wondering if this is a scam site yet again. If I receive it I will write new review but until then stay clear of this site
