The Surf Poncho is of good quality. I use it every day for a Wimhof cold water dip jn the river 500 Meter bike ride from the house and it keeps me warm enough to make it back wet at 10°C with the hood under the helmet.

✨ Just got my new surfboard Kanoa (the newest version) and I’m absolutely in love! ✨
As a lightweight girl, it’s always been tricky to find a board that’s both light enough to carry and stable enough to surf confidently. The manager really made everything happen for me, and I’m so grateful. 💙

The board itself is super light, super stable, and so sharp in performance—exactly what I needed! I can already do sharper turns and even sneak in some little tricks, which feels amazing. The 5’0 size is perfect for my 165cm height. I did wish I could go a little smaller, but honestly, this feels just right.

Such a lovely purchase experience from start to finish. 🌊 I’m sure this won’t be my last Kanoa—I’ll definitely be back for my next board! 🏄‍♀️💫

Delivery fast, board is fine. Though after three sessions you can already feel the board taking some toll. Will only get my hardboard in winter so let's see how it does quality wise until then.

I was searching for a beginner surfboard. The advice via chat/mail was super friendly, quick and professional. Packaging and deliver was on the same level. Unfortunately the board had some damages but they are just visual and no real problem. After sales service was super smooth and I got an offer where I couldn't say no and I kept the board. If the board now rides well, I am super happy.
So why no 5 star rating? The quality management should be improved to achieve that the board is looking as perfect as all other aspects of the purchase.

Technical advice via chat and e-mail answering was excellent.
