Satisfied
I have found Kankaita.com to be a good source of good quality flannel. Their selection changes from time to time. The shipping has been very efficient and the material arrives in good condition.
A language option might be useful on the web page.

The fabrics are not described carefully enough.
The fabric that I received had glitter in it and feeled sharp, it was not mentioned in the description.
I contacted the customer service. I had got the right fabric, but could not use it. They said because the fabric I received, was the same I ordered, I had to pay the postage myself if I return it to you. I am not going to send it back because the sending is difficult and too expensive.
I feel now that I do not want to buy more fabrics from you.
