Be very carefull to buy from this company, they send you smaller sizes clothes and when you ask them to send you the lebel to return the item they will tell that they can send it at the condition you make a new order first otherwise they dont offer returns.
They say it is in their policy which is not and they dont respect your right of comsumer to return an item within the.first 14 days

The size is wrong and small , so when you want to return the item and change your mind , they denied to sent you the label AVOID

we bought in excess of over USD1k from Kanine. Based on thier size chart it was just a tad too tight so we needed to change.

Turned out all smooth, we ordered a new order with the next size up as requested by customer services and then they sent the printed return label with the new order.

sending it back took a bit longer than expected, but Kanine refunded the old sizes swiftly once they received it.

all in all a great experience and the products are just toooooo high quality, it was next level and well worth it

Bought some POLO Ralph Lauren and BOSS items from Kanine. Arrived super fast and I had to exchange one of the items as it was a little too small due to sizing. Their customer service is great, so I bought a new order and they provided a return label for the old item. Everything was smooth, refund was executed after they received it back in their LA warehouse. Highly recommend!!!

Delivery was fast and I was able to use a coupon to get a great deal.
I wish the size information was a little clearer.
I'd like to see them open a store in Tokyo. I think there's a lot of demand.

Bought the Ralph Lauren harness + leash from Kanine. It came in a few days, no issues. Fits well, amazing quality!!!

Super fast delivery. Based on the size charts, I actually was inbetween size, so I ordered what I thought was best for my bobby. It turned out to be a bit small, so requested a size exchange which Kanine covers. As I was in a bit of a rush to get the right size for bobby's birthday, the fastest way was to order a new one and they included a printed return label for the return of the old one. After they received the return, I got the refund, all smooth and efficient. customer service is great!
