IT’S A SCAM!
I paid for shoes month ago and they still haven’t even been shipped.
After asking multiple times about the shipping status, I was blocked.
If I do not receive a tracking number this week, I will open a bank dispute for a refund and report you as a scammer.

It made feel so special ordering custom…

It made feel so special ordering custom made shoes 😍 I m in love with them! I am quite tall but I wanted a pair of heels and who cares! They are super pretty, comfortable and true to size! Customer service is great. They are so responsive on IG ❤️ Can’t wait to ask my husband for my next pair of shoes maybe at Christmas time 😁

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

I’ve been buying shoes from Kandee for years, though it’s always taken a long time to receive my order, I was always satisfied with the product, it was worth the wait. This last batch of heels I received, was the worst I’ve ever purchased. I spent more that a thousand dollars on this order and can NOT wear one pair of these heels. The shoes are HUGE, the height is not the size I purchased AND one pair of these heels were very poorly assembled. There’s a HUGE gap between the sole and the shoe, the thread is ragedy and looks like a child assembled them, on top of that I purchased 1 pair this past march and still have not received the order. The brand manager has been pretty good at responding but the quality of the shoes are trash

Extremely Disappointed — Unfulfilled Order & Zero Communication

Placed an order with Kandeeshoes on March 11, 2025, for two pairs of high heels. Their website claimed a 30-day processing and shipping timeline for made-to-order items, but over four months later, I have received absolutely nothing.

I reached out to them multiple times via email asking for updates, tracking information, and eventually a full refund, as per their own stated refund policy. To this day, I have received no replies at all — no updates, no shoes, and no refund.

To make matters worse, the shoes were for specific events that have long since passed, which makes the order pointless now.

This kind of complete lack of customer service and fulfillment is unacceptable. I’ve even contacted Shopify to intervene, since the seller has gone entirely silent.

Save yourself the stress — avoid Kandeeshoes at all costs. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam operation: they take your money and disappear.

It is a total scam by a person called Josh.

The shoes are actually produced in China (very badly) which you can easily find much cheaper on Amazon.

I also checked the address of the company and on google maps it shows a residential address in Central England. BURTON ON TRENT

The customer service is practically not existent.
I received no answers to any of the messages I sent.

My advice... is to definitely STAY AWAY !!!

Worst customer service in existence

My wife loves these heels... At least based upon the pictures. She asked me to buy a pair of mules for her.
After buying them, a few days later, I was requested to provide my ID and proof of address which I promptly sent.

This was the beginning of the nightmare! They never replied. I tried several emails available in their website. Nothing.

We even tried to contact them through Instagram. They replied a post on my wife's IG but my order never changed its status of unfulfilled.

I asked a charge back to my bank and sent the request to Kandee and that was the only way for them to reply. They apologized for the late reply and asked me to cancel the charge back. I did so... And now I am still waiting for the shipment of my order.

This is the worst customer service in existence. Don't buy Kandee. There are plenty of other options out there in this price range with very good customer service.

Quality, comfortable shoes

I ordered my first pair of Kandee shoes and I am really impressed by them. They're comfortable, the quality is fantastic and the packaging (box and shoe bag) were really nice. I did have to chase where my order was twice as it took a few weeks for my order to be dispatched, but it arrived on the date they said it would. I would definitely order again!

AVOID! DISGUSTING SERVICE!

AVOID!! DO NOT BUY!!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Kandee in February, after a delayed delivery they arrived. On opening the box I noticed straight away the shoes (which were black satin) were absolutely covered in sticky glue finger marks. I was horrified. On closer inspection I found a scratch on one shoe and also part of the sole wasn’t glued down properly. Now, for a “high end” product i wouldn’t expect a speck of dust let alone to come in this state. I immediately contacted them and they offered me 2 pairs of shoes as compensation and guaranteed they’d be delivered in 7-9 days… well, here we are 7 weeks down the line, countless messages back and forth to Kandee and still no shoes. I have been lied to, patronised and then lied to some more. I am beyond disgusted. I’ve had better quality shoes for £30 from ASOS. Every time I message I’m palmed off with an excuse or a blatant lie. So yeah all in all absolutely despicable company peddling high end products but when in fact they’re badly made shoes from a factory in china.. not in London Mayfair like the instagram leads you to believe. Avoid like the plague.. absolutely con and a scam.

Multiple examples of dire customer service

This company is the absolute worst customer experience I’ve had in years, on more than 1 occasion so it’s clearly a pattern and not just a one off. Stupidly, after a disastrous experience in 2022, I thought maybe it was a one off and I’d try them again a few weeks ago. What a fool I was. The same absolutely disgusting treatment. Their policies are ridiculous, the shoes are still not here 3 weeks after ordering, and while I’m waiting for them they have dropped the price by another £50 and won’t refund the difference. Most they would do is a £30 credit on another purchase. But why the F would you make another purchase when you’re treated like sh1t? Whenever this has happened with any other company they happily refund but not Josh (owner). My advice is STAY WELL CLEAR. 2 awful experiences 3 years apart is by design. They only care about what celeb is wearing their shoes and don’t give a damn about the paying customer. Looking at all the 1* reviews, I hope they go under and save people the disgraceful service.

A real scammmmm

A real scammmmm ! The quality and the design are very bad nothing to do with the pictures, the supposed leather (carton) has a bad finishing with a lot and ties are stepping out of the shoes. I requested a return and refund and guess what they refused !! It is a scam run.

They have no idea how to make shoes. I ordered and received another colour and they stated it is the same. They will lie over admnd over and in the end I never received what I ordered only shoes that will not fit me asfger they asked me for my measurements over and over again. I am reporting this as fraud

Defective item eventually replaced.

Addendum: After seeking restitution from my bank I was contacted by Kandee and they did in-fact send me a replacement shoe. I have changed my score accordingly. I would have given 4 stars if we could have resolved it on our own. I’m updating this to maintain transparency.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Kandee shoes. It was delivered and subsequently acknowledged by Kandee’s representatives (Josh Wayman and personnel via their Instagram business chat) to be defective. They confirmed they would replace and reship it. Multiple assurances for 3 shipments proved false. I emailed
Josh again after the 3rd failed assurance of shipping requesting a refund. Josh never responded. So, 10 weeks after the original order and 6 weeks after replacement was assured I requested a refund via their Instagram business chat as well. They responded initially and offered up a 4th shipping date . Respectfully, I explained why their new shipping date lacked credibility and therefore I wanted a refund. They voiced understanding and requested that the defective product be returned. Therefore l requested a return label. They did not want to provide a return label so they offered me a store credit which is of no value to an ex customer. They then challenged whether there was even a defect. Stating that they needed more photos to confirm whether they would refund the shoe and shipping. I provided those photos and the defect was obvious but they returned to offering a store credit . Again I confirmed that this would be of no value to me. Finally, after pivoting several times they stated they would refund the cost of the return shipping if I provided a receipt. I requested confirmation and further clarification of the terms we discussed to avoid any miscommunication.
1 . Which courier they (Kandee shoes) would like me to use. As per their last communication they would refund me the cost of return shipping with proof of receipt. I therefore felt the courier should be their choice.
2. How they would like to receive a copy of the receipt. (via the business chat or if by email to whom it should be addressed )
3. Confirmation that I would be refunded the original cost I paid for the order 2297 in the amount of $239.20 , in addition to the total cost of the return shipping on the requested receipt from the courier of their choosing . And confirmation this would all be refunded back to the credit card that I originally used (Not a store credit)

I have since received no further communication for them . Kandee shoes failed multiple times to follow through on their assurance to replace/reship the defective product they delivered to me. When replacement failed I sought restitution via refund. They then failed to confirm the aforementioned details for return nor provided a return address for the defective item.

Also of note:
1. They advertise that they ship via Fed ex but they actually ship via DHL.
2. Address on website indicates they are in London but the shoes ship from China

LONG MANUFACTURING TIME

Shoes took almost 7 weeks to be shipped / delivered.

Email Customer Service never responded.

Instagram DM stop replying after a few msgs while I was trying to find out why the shoes hadn’t shipped after a month +.

Shoes have strong glue odour

I’d maybe buy another pair as they have large sizes.
