These people are scammers. My pc was not working and then they sent me a return label as it is covered by warranty. The label shows the item was returned and left in a safe space and they are claiming it wasn’t received.

Ordered a mini pc just over a month ago, it went fine for about 2 weeks and then proceeded to force shut itself off whenever I would put it to sleep. This included updates which damaged a driver and made my desktop go black sometimes. After doing some research others had similar other connectivity issues with Kamrui, however I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Only way I could find to reach out about my issue was to email "support" which I'm now convinced nobody even checks. Who knows if the email is even real. Please don't buy from them. This is just a glorified scam site and unfortunately I fell for it.

And its fan wont stop working and makes a lot of noise. I Rated this on Amazon , they came contacted me using an gmail account asking me to delete the review and they will refund. I ve asked to send me another pc and if the new is OK i will delete or edit the review. They replied that first i need to delete the review and then will ship the new pc, obviously scam.
