Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the goods I originally ordered didn't fit/suit but customer service sorted this out for me at no inconvenience to myself. Excellent quality bikinis too. Will definitely use again.

Amazing experience and items

Can't fault the quality of the products, especially for the price. Their customer service was amazing - one item not quite as expected and they rectified it very quickly. Will definitely order again!!

Great Customer Service

Received really great customer service. I received an item that didn’t fit. It could not be returned for a refund without shipping costs etc so it didn’t pay to send it back but they were incredibly helpful and offered a replacement at no extra charge besides $3 for shipping. Customer service communicated clearly by email and I received my new item a week after initiating the return. Would shop at this merchant again!

Fantastic customer service/excellent quality items

First time I used this company I ordered 3 new bikinis. As I ordered three items I was given a free item PLUS a mystery item which was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately the tops were a little too small so I asked for an exchange for a larger size. The customer service representative Yoyo came back to me really quickly and offered a replacement. Unfortunately one of the tops would not have got to me in time for my holiday so Yoyo offered me a whole new bikini set for free instead.
All the replacement items arrived really quickly and I am now ready to pack for my holiday and looking forward to wearing my new bikinis which, by the way, are great quality and look fab. X

I was so impressed with the quality of the swim suits I bought. I thought it was going to be another cheap site with mediocre suits but instead they were the nicest suits I have ever owned. I have told my friends all about them.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I ordered a swim suit and did not like it once I tried it on. When attempting to return it, the service rep questioned my return twice before giving guidance on return process so I gave up. Now I’m stuck with a bathing suit I do not like.

Super happy!

The bikinis are lovely! Beautiful material and the colours are fantastic!
I had an issue with a size that I ordered incorrectly & the customer service to fix the problem was fantastic & super helpful all the way!
Highly recommend buying kamino products.
Couldn’t be happier 😀

Lovely swimming costumes

I had a very good experience with Kamoni. I have order 2 swimming costumes which are lovely and the material is great. It is fair to say that I was worried because my order took a bit longer in arriving but when I have emailed them to ask about it their response was quick and efficient and I got my order the second day. Thank you Kamoni

Settle in, shipping takes forever

Update- I have the emails as well- I asked about my order Monday, got a response on Wednesday..2 days for a reply. Why you what to argue with me on a review I don’t understand.
I STILL HAVE NOT received my item as of 2/26!!!

Really long shipping, I didn’t realize it was coming from overseas, nor is that mentioned anywhere on their website 🙄 customer service took 2 days to respond to my email- but I still don’t have my item. Maybe I’m spoiled due to amazons same day and 1 day delivery…

Great experience with Kamoni!

I had a great experience with Kamoni. The swimsuits came quickly and were great quality! I was quite surprised actually how high-quality they were. Two fit perfectly and two didn't, so I asked for a return. The customer service team was very responsive. I was going to return the two swimsuits that didn't fit, exchange one for a different color and keep the other one. Instead of making me return them and then reorder, Kamoni let me keep everything and donate as I wanted, and they sent me 3 new pieces (two brand new swimsuits that I wanted and the color change). I only had to pay $7 for new shipping. It was very seamless and very convenient since I didn't have to deal with the returns. Great experience overall and love my swimsuits.

Had a great experience

Had a great experience. Bikini was too small and couldn’t be returned as it was a flash sale item. Instead the company have shipped out another bikini for free, I only had to pay the shipping fee. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

The bikini I received, although too small was very good quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM KAMONI

Do not buy products from this company. My wife is curvy and the suits and bikinis had little to no support. Kamoni claims to have an easy return policy for 100 percent within 30 days. They say you have to return products back to China, the shipping costs are yours to bear plus they will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund. THIS WEB OPERATION IS A SCAM.

Customer service was great in my…

Customer service was great in my experience, however the sizes are all over the place with this brand....I got a couple pieces that are decent and fit properly, BUT several pieces that do not fit and I just gave them away to someone else in the end...I will not order from them again and I will not order anything online again, because sizing is just too hard, and shipping is not ecological. Thanks anyway!

Surprisingly good quality

I just received my package and I was very positively surprised! I waited a bit longer for my goods and already thought that kamoni was a web scam. But the quality of the goods is very nice and I’m happy I waited it out! The service centre was very nice and helpful aswell!
