Had a great experience with buying a new Samsung TV. Installation was peanuts. Service could be better if they better inform you with extending your warranty with 5 years. They deliver the tv at your door witch was great.

I have bought camera and lens from Kamera Express, everything went smoothly. I am happy with the service and with the products. I bougth sigma 30mm 1.4 Art, I love sigma lenses and was not disappointed with this one. I have also bought sony alfa 7iv, very nice camera. I moved from the canon so needed to adjust my habits, but i am super happy with the product.

I bought a Sony camcorder two weeks ago in the store at Cappelle aan de IJssel and I must say that I was quite happy with the way I was served there. Good and honest information helped me to buy the right product: a Sony FDR-AX53. Besides I bought some accessories and trying to decide what to buy I was spontaneously helped bij another assistant who also gave me proper advice. It is still too early to say anything about the product I bought (althought it seems a good purchase), but I do know I bought it in the right store!

I have bought there a projector on Black Friday 2021, which was repaired/ replaced in warranty period 3(!) times. It took some time, but responses were fast, and importantly, Kamera Express covers shipping costs, what should be standard everywhere... Things can go wrong, but they want to make it as little painful as possible.
