Ordered ceramic feet for my Kamado. The items failed to arrive after one month and still haven’t arrived. I have e-mailed the company twice… no response. I’ve phoned the company 3 times on number supplied on website…no response. I have left messages and text as well…no response. Dreadful company. Do not purchase anything from them. I have now lodged a dispute with my credit card company for them to follow up with KamadoClub.co.uk
