From the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, taking into account that I had some difficulty with concentration at the time due to therapy.
Diana took the time to clearly explain the details of my cover, ensuring I fully understood my options before making any decisions. What really stood out was her attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
