I don't even think deserve 1 star should be a negative 10. This place is a scam. They are extremely deceitful in advertising their lanterns. I foolishly bought 2, when I FINALLY received them I was shocked. They were not Large lanterns as shown in their videos with a person using two hands to hold them but they are the size of a small Mason jar or a small coffee cup, even the glass is frosted not clear. This place is a rip off bunch of lying thieves. $ 135 lesson learned. FB and Amazon should vetted these shysters before allowing g them to steal from consumers.

I was very disappointed in the size of, the advertised product was made to look much bigger. Actual size is about 4x6 inches. Construction looks very cheap, this was made for about $5 and sold for $35. I feel that considering the advertisement and construction I would not recommend purchasing.

These look NOTHING like the ad. They’re the size of a small grapefruit at best. Not glass looking. Cheap plastic. They don’t work. They took forever to get here as they’re NOT USA. They come in more than a month from CHINA. They offered a 20% return due to not working and false description. I had to file a charge back with AFFIRM. SCAM

Tota Scam...not at all what was seen in th video. the lights are tiny and don't work. Totally misleading video

This company is a joke. I had to change the address for shipping, and they sent my shipment to another state. The error was 100% on their end, and after repeated emails (their only means of customer service) with them telling me I had to retrieve the items from the address they shipped them to, I finally just cancelled the charge from my credit card. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE IDIOTS

Buyer beware - total scam. These are cheap 4” plastic lanterns that look nothing like the photos in the website. They also do not honor their return policy that is posted on the website. After multiple emails, I agreed to a 60% refund just to recover some of my money. They have yet to credit my card. I’m so angry!

Same as all the other reviews! Total scam from what was advertised on the site and IG ad. The photos on the site and IG ad depict a three feet high lantern. A man is kneeling down placing the lantern on the ground, it's clearly a very large item. And for $70.00, it should be a quality product! But as soon as I received it, it was obviously from China. And the lanterns were NOTHING like the ad. They are about 3 inches high, and the glass is opaque, NOT clear like the picture. Website says they 100% refunds within 100 days. Then later it reads within 30 days, and they will pay for return shipping. WRONG again! I tried to return and was told I had to pay for shipping to CHINA. The site actually says returns to California, but the email correspondent told me China. Additionally, I will only get a full refund if I pay for return shipping to China. Well that costs me $100. You do the math. Then they offered 20% return. Gee thanks...they're supposedly giving me $14.00 back after I paid $70 for the lanterns, then $100 for shipping back to China. DO NOT BUY!!

It’s a scam the lamps you receive are very much smaller than shown on the website and in the promotional video.
Tried to contact support to request refund however suddenly no email goes through all my emails are classified as spam and returned immediately.

Don't be fooled by Kaliqo's photographs of the lanterns. The glass is extremely opaque rather than clear (as shown in their advertising), so the "flames" are not visible. And the size of the lanterns are actually much smaller than shown. These folks are bad players; don't purchase!!

Misleading advertising in size, appearance and how the lamps look! Dont buy. The glass is frosted not clear and size if 1/4th of what is seen in the ads.

Unbelievable. What a scam. Has anyone actually returned and received a fair refund. I will contact my high end Amex and push to have charges reversed. I also take responsibility for not researching this company but it really shouldn’t be necessary when dealing with a seemingly “up front” company. Again did anyone get satisfaction from customer service? Thanks for any info you can pass on.

Biggest ripoff ever!! Don’t waste your time!!!

When I received the lantern from Kaliqo, it didn't look like the picture I saw when I ordered it. The glass (plastic) is frosted which is different than the clear glass in the picture I saw. The advertised feature that made me buy the product is the "dancing flame" which I cannot see clearly. Also, the box says "desk lamp/hanging lamp" and not "Solar lantern outdoor lights. Really disappointed...I paid too much for a cheap product because of this company's deceptive advertising..

I can honestly say that these are some of the WORST products that I have ever received. They are made of cheap plastic and they are less than half the size. of the product shown for sale and the flame is absolutely NOTHING like the advertised product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this terrible product.

If I could give this below a 1 star - I would. Warning not to waste your money. Product looks nothing like the advertisement and is tiny in comparison to the add. Returns can only be made to China vs. their United States address listed on the website and they will not pay for returns. You will be stuck with the China crap purchased. Can you be more clear.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I waited for 2 months and received something I could have picked up at Walmart a Lot cheaper. Their ad is Very misleading. It is 6 inches tall, plastic and does Not look like a fire glowing. And what an idiot I was, I ordered 8! $$$$$

I hated even giving one star. The ad shows large solar lanterns with clear glass. We got small lanterns with foggy glass - nothing like the picture. Complained to the company and they eventually gave me a full refund. Also took over 3 weeks to get. Run, do not walk, away from this company. Very disappointed.

SCAM!!! Received a very small lamps, 5 inches, not as in the advertising. To refund they are asking to ship it to China. Stay away at all cost. And it took 2 weeks to arrive.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. SENT ME 2 BROKEN LAMPS, CHEAP PLASTIC AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SIZE LIKE THE AD.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY DON'T WATSE YOUR MONEY
