I have not received a shipment…
I have not received a shipment notification, nor have I received my product that I ordered. Lots of spam emails from you folks though, that bit seems to work just fine.
Oh I did receive the bill though.
Wasting my time having to chase after the status of my order now.

Thank you for leaving this review, even though it's a frustrating situation for all of us. First and foremost, our sincere apologies for this.
We received your order last Friday and immediately handed it over to our courier, GLS. Today, upon receiving your review, we contacted GLS to check the order status. It seems that the courier did not process your order correctly, and a package trace is underway. Eventually, this package will be returned to Kala Health.
In the meantime, we have re-issued a new package with your order to our courier today to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible! I will personally email you the tracking number so you can follow the status of your order.
Regarding your feedback about the emails we send, we have adjusted the timing of our review invitation to 10 days later, allowing customers to form a good impression of our service and experience the initial introduction to our product effectiveness. However, we will continue to invite our customers to leave a review.
We hope this update provides you with some clarification, and that you are satisfied with our follow-up, despite the unfortunate situation. Once again, our sincere apologies on behalf of the Kala Health team.

Mrs. Taylor has given us permission through email to revise this review after resolving her issue to her satisfaction because she can't do it herself. Our customer has received the extra product along with the original order. She is currently trying out the product to see if she likes it, and then she can use both products.
