Do NOT order from this website!!! - Wish I had check this website before ordering - feel like a total mug - got very expensive shoes way too small not at all to size …. Took forever for them to get here (from China???) most like not even real …. Feeling stupid - Learned my lesson - will certainly be checking out websites before blindly buying!!! - or only buying from reputable sites!!!

This company advertise on instagram which you would think it would be a company you can trust.
Unfortunately beware they take your money and nothing arrives.
Don't answer email.
Stay clear.

I bought a pair of shoes A YEAR AGO, and still till this day never received them nor has anyone try to contact me about the situation. I gave up on it and accepted the lost but just wanted other people to know do not trust this website!

Took my money and items never arrived. nearly 12 months from order still not here and emails don't get responded to.

Do not buy anything from this company. They will take your money and send you a crap product. The boots I ordered do not look anything like what I ordered. When I contacted them for a refund and to return them. They told me that to return them will cost too much. They said they will give me 15% back of the purchase price and I get to keep the boots. They said it is a win win for me. How is that a win win for me when the boots don't fit and the quality sucks. I have told them that I want my money back and they told me the best they could do for me is 15%. I will be contacting PayPal now to get me money back.

I ordered from them a year ago and nothing came i went back and forth with them and they said they couldn’t refund my money. They said to order another pair mine was out of stock. Never heard from them again!!!! Waste....

Don’t order anything from this company! They’re a bunch of thieves. I ordered shoes and never received them. I requested my money back and didn’t get it either. Scammers!

June 26th 2020 placed an order.. I'm still waiting.

Ordered March 2020....I was in contact with them recently but now they are not returning my emails. May 2021 one year later still annoyed they I wasted money on this site. Customer service claims they are now miley shoes dot com also known as KOVOUGE...so don't buy from them either!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them a year ago. I was given a fake tracking number and the order only shows 2 pairs of shoes. A year later and I still haven't received the shoes.. if I ever get them, I don't feel they will be very good. Their customer service is horrible.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 3 pair of sandals in August 2020 and just received 2 pair 12 Jan 2021. They are so cheaply made and look terrible. There is no packing list, contact information or return paperwork. They came in plastic bags with bubble wrap.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them and never received them. I have sent numerous emails and never received a response or my money back. Based on other reviews, this is definitely a scam.

Do not order from them. I order 5 pairs of shoe and never received them. They told me my shipment was stuck at customs because of the pandemic. Never received my money back either.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHOES! Horrible service! I contacted them so many times saying I hadn't gotten my shoes over the course of 6 months and they said I just needed to wait. Never got my money back. SCAM!!

Negative 7 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of boots, It's been over a month since my shoes "arrived" at a UPS in the US. I cant talk to any person that knows ANY answers . They have no further info on my order. So I'm assuming chalk it up to a lose... Cant even talk to a person for my refund. SMH NEVER AGAIN .
