Just raised prices, and support was very time-consuming. That could mean they were thorough or just slow! Seem to be a good value if you can afford it.

It took 51 minutes to get a reply. No wait time, no checking in, just sitting waiting not knowing what's going on. With the upcoming increase in fees by 25% I would hope that support is improved so as not to spend almost an hour for an agent. Fin was unable to answer the question.

I've been a Kajabi customer/client/family member since the beginning.
It's an incredible platform and you can make it whatever you want, but most importantly, the people that make up Kajabi are the difference makers.
I'm this day an age being able to reach a human being, even if it's just in an email, is rare. The Kajabi Team is there. You get an answer. You get respect. And you always feel like they are authentically trying to provide the best service they can.

I think if you just do, AI support one time that’s enough no one likes infinite loop experience.
I need to cancel and was told to reactivate with a charge to then cancel. This makes no sense

I’ve been trying to delete contacts from my Kajabi database, but the platform keeps getting stuck in an endless loading screen. I reached out to support, and while they said they had resolved the issue, what they actually did was delete only the segment—not the contacts themselves.
As a result, I’m still stuck at my contact plan limit. I can’t capture new leads, I can’t open up space for new clients, and I’ve been forced to spend time manually deleting contacts, which puts unnecessary pressure on my team. We’ve been going back and forth on this issue for over three days now, and I still don’t have a solution.
On top of that, I’m now being charged extra to increase my contact plan. I understand that’s part of how the system is structured, and I don’t have an issue with that. What’s wrong is that I’m not being allowed to delete my own contacts, which is a basic need.
That’s why my rating is low.

When I talk with people, kajabi support is excellent. AI support is not so good yet!
I love Kajabi and use it for everything. Website, landing pages, checkout, payments, emails, courses, podcasts. It’s all great and I love having it all in one place. And the support is incredible. Chat always available and if it doesn’t answer your question you can talk to a live agent. They are always helpful and stay with me until we get it resolved or my question answered.

I've been with Kajabi for a long time and love the platform. Whenever I've had questions, the support staff have always been amazing. They listen and do their best to offer and implement solutions. While many other platforms offer limited help, and most only provide email support, Kajabi support is right there and available live through an online chat portal. I appreciate and value that kind of stellar service.
