I've spent most of the day trying to resolve the issue I'm having with the platform. At first, I only receive automated messages. I do everything they ask, and the problem still isn't resolved. I request assistance from a technician, it takes forever to connect, and on top of that, the chat closes because it took me five minutes to respond. I'm wasting my workday dealing with platform errors and waiting for assistance.

Way overpriced for what you get. Customer service sucks. Do not recommend compared to other platforms out there there. Charged me 3 months in advance and wouldn’t let me cancel.

The chat is VERY fast, always answers my questions within minutes and I always get the answers I was looking for.
Honestly so disappointed with this company. I didn’t even use the service and they charged me $600 because I missed to cancel by one day. So unethical and left a dirty taste in my mouth. I have few colleagues on this and we are actually switching over to better service company’s. Would not recommend them. Very upset!

Communicating via email at times can be good. Phone calls (having a direct number) will always and forever be more effective. Especially for customer support. I still don't have a direct number to dial in to connect with Kajabi.

They signed me up for a Pro account which costs $399 after the trial ended without any advanced warning. When I requested an adjustment I was basically told tough luck you should have read all the T&C. Very shady business practices
ETA - After replying to my review they sent another copy &paste email saying the same thing they already told me. For the record I used this program for ONE day, decided it was not for me and was ultimately charged $498.
Oh and FYI - They are rated F on BBB. I can see why. Use another (trusted) provider.

I made it past the robot responses very quickly and was offered a human to work with. The customer service agent who helped me really listened and got right to the heart of the matter.
It works, very few problems - so good to use fully baked software when I'm not particularly techie.
Support is also efficient and quick if something goes wrong.
Given so many of these products are a nightmare. I've been very happy with my decision.
Wow! What a fanatastic AI Chatbot! I managed to complete everything I needed to without reaching out for live support once! The instructions were clear and easy to apply.
There are a lot of things to like about Kajabi. I'm very comfortable using their development UI. However, I joined them in 2018 when they had a relatively primitive web development platform. Much of my website has already been built on that. They now have a much more flexible, more up-to-date web development platform, and I need to use that for the most modern website capabilities. But in order to do that I need to go in and MANUALLY rebuild every one of those very important web pages built on this earlier platform. That would be very cumbersome. IMHO, they should have some kind of "one-click" option for each of these pages to be automatically rebuilt on the more modern platform. Second, to my mind, their checkout process is quite limited. This includes an insufficient level of choice in payment plans/options I can make available to my customers, and a Service Agreement that customers only need to check off once as having been read in its entirety, etc. Yet, this is a very "soft" form of acknowledgement that will do little to protect me in the event a client disputes their agreed-to credit card charges. Kajabi should offer a much more robust form of service documentation acknowledgment and agreement so as to better protect us from frivolous attempts at credit card chargebacks. I have offered these suggestions to Kajabi in their "Suggestion Box" years ago, but still nothing has changed on any of this.

Technology is a challenge for me. The Kajabi Team is Responsive & Efficient.
There was a follow up after I felt like I had not so great customer service, which was nice that they wanted to fix the problem and close out the ticket in good terms.
