I'm Ariana, founder of Kajaari Adventures and a travel planner specializing in custom trips to Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador and destinations worldwide. I work with busy families, couples and groups who want their travel to actually feel like them, not like a package someone else designed. Costa Rica is where I was born and raised, which means I plan it at a level most travel agencies simply can't. Peru and Ecuador are destinations I've sold and planned extensively, sourced through vetted local operators who meet a high standard. Beyond Latin America, I plan trips to Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and more. My clients are typically families managing complex logistics across multiple ages, couples planning high-stakes trips like honeymoons, and groups who need someone to bring a lot of moving pieces together. Every itinerary starts with a conversation, not a template. I handle every detail from start to finish so you can focus on looking forward to the trip, not managing it. Kajaari Adventures is based in Auburn, WA and serves families and travelers across the greater Seattle area and nationwide.

Ari did an amazing job planning our…

Ari did an amazing job planning our trip. It was a bucket list trip for my father and I. Her attention to detail and execution is extraordinary. She took care of every single item on my list, and I am an extremely picky traveler. She made sure I was part of the process on everything and that I was able to decide. She did so well that I am now planning my second trip with her. I can’t recommend her enough. Especially with the most far fetched ideas you can think of - she will make it happen. 10/10 recommend!

Every Detail Covered.

We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and planned to travel to Italy. Never having been before, we hired Kajaari Adventures to build an itinerary that give us a true taste of this amazing place. What we got exceeded our expectations and our dreams. Ari worked so patiently with us as we developed our trip, making sure to take into account our wants and still stay within our budget, and ensuring no detail was left out. Kajaari gave us the trip of a lifetime .

I had an amazing experience working…

I had an amazing experience working with Ari. She was so attentive to my little details and made the trip even better than I could’ve ever imagined/expected. She was available during the trip as well to answer questions and help out in anyway that I needed. She was able to take all my requests and bring it together with planning out an amazing trip for my husband and I. We would recommend her 100%!
