Quick reply to all emails text and helpfully on the phone . Training dates were arranged quickly and everything ran smoothly on the days the trainers were knowledgeable and answered all the questions. But like every course we all have to put in a bit of effort and study to pass.

Relaxed day of training with highly qualified trainers. Friendly and approachable throughout the full day. Would definitely recommend Kaisen Training.

Attended a training course for my Personal License Renewal which was given by a very nice guy called Rodger. The whole experience was made much more enjoyable by having someone with genuine experience in the trade.
He was full of interesting stories from his past experinces which helped you feel more engaged in the course.
Would highly recommend Rodger as a trainer.

This is very interesting. I learn a lot of things and the practical is vary good. The trainer explain every each point and i understand very well.

TBH i have had very great experiences with Sharon Hannah and gabriella because they did very good effort on us i never be forget to all of them.. I have learned so many things that i was not gone through with them Thank you everyone of kaizen team who gave us precious time that help me in ny future

Ever member of teaching staff were too much supportive and caring .They did their best to train us, give their best to learn us alot of things

I am grateful to Mr Brian McIntyre of time understanding wealth of knowledge experience in how to perform in sitting an exam of door supervisor licence. He made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence each time I did a resit which I have now passed I am the one hundred one to pass.Also I must pay my respect to Rodger the trainer who gave me pep talk before the exam simply the best trainer an last but not least the Camera man brilliant the whole experience has been like family organisation team.

The staff were professional, extremely helpful and supportive, they explained the course and how the day was going to plan out. The delivery of the training was at a very high level across all parts and this includes the first aid as well as the door security training. Would highly recommend using Kaizen Training.

Just had 3 days training at Kaizen for my Healthcare Training. What amazing time I had. The trainer Sharon was amazing and knowledgeable person. I felt so comfortable and confident to ask questions. She’s is lovely and energetic person and is bubbly highly recommended kaizen training to anybody. Could have not asked for a better trainer.
