Quick rental process but cars are not fully checked before being handed to next customer. Our car missed an important piece which was not provided. Fast deposit return.
REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: I have sent an email while renting the car, no reply. Communicated it on return, received a "yes I see the email here" answer and that's all.

I received a car very similar to the one I requested. It did well on the roads and fulfilled my needs.
What I didn't like was that the person giving me the car, didn't go out to the car to show me the inner workings. I needed to work it all out on my own and wasnt sure how to make headlights stronger.
Also, I paid out for 2 insurances, one at the time of booking the rental and then at the time of collecting the car as was told the 1st insurance may not pay out in case of accident.

Their premium car hire
Their premium car (lexus es300h) was half the price of premium cars from other hire companies, when I did my research. Their full comprehensive insurance was not cheap but I would expect this at premium car. Quick release of the car and only key drop needed on return. Overall I'm really happy and can recommend Kaizen.

Easy to use from the start. All email correspondence was very clear on what to do and what to expect. Staff were helpful and pickup process was quick and easy. The car was clean and brand new! Colle tion and drop off at the airport was so easy. Would definitely use again.

Nice service, fast on time, easy going. Good, new clean car. They wait little bit too long with security deposit, it took a week to get rid of it, which is still acording to agreement but car was returned with any single scratch or any issue.

Dirty Car, Hidden Fees, and Payment Problems
I had a disappointing experience with Kaizen Rent during my recent car rental.
When I picked up the car, I was asked to pay an additional fee for car washing. This was surprising, as it should be standard to receive a clean car without any extra charge. I was told I could avoid the fee by cleaning the car myself, both inside and out, before returning it. However, the car was already dirty at the time of pickup, which made this policy feel unreasonable.
I also encountered an issue with payment. My debit/credit combo card was not accepted, their terminal did not allow selecting between debit or credit modes, which is a standard feature and something I have never had issues with elsewhere.
Overall, the lack of transparency regarding payment requirements and additional fees made the experience frustrating. I would recommend that future customers clarify these conditions in advance.

Regarding the cleaning fee, our standard policy assumes that the car is returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental. We offer an optional service that exempts the Renter from the obligation to wash the vehicle personally. However, if the car was already dirty at pickup, this should have been noted in the protocol to avoid any misunderstandings at return.
As for the payment issues, our system requires a specific card configuration for security and deposit purposes.
We appreciate your comments as they help us improve our communication regarding rental conditions.

Everything went as a breeze
Everything went as a breeze. Got the key to the car, explained the location by nice customer service personel. Returned the car with ease, no hassle. As we have rented a few places earlier, it was of great comfort that we were not pestered with "go large" regarding the "extras". We prepaid the insurance, and there was no problem at all. The price was fair, and though the price on insurance was more than the rental, the total of it all was quite acceptable.
