Stay away from Kaisergarten

I am extremely disappointed in Kaisergarten. Actually, I would change the 1-star rating above to a warning sign. I believe that it is all a money scam. This is the reason why I say it. At first, I received a Survey call from a very pushy and unpleasant man - whose job was to determine my wine preference. Rosè was my answer. When I asked what the objective of the call was, the call was abruptly ended. 2 Weeks later I received yet another call. This time it was a friendlier person—who mentioned that based on her info, I prefer red wine. She then offered to send me a free bottle of wine as a sample and needed my address. Silly, greedy, and trusting me provided my home address. The next step was to wait for a message from Pfeister who would deliver the bottle. Firstly the package was delivered to the wrong address and based on the photo Pfeister send of the incorrect delivery it was a box and not a bottle as discussed, secondly (more silly and still trusting ) I informed them of the incorrect delivery address and provided my correct address. Thirdly I never got to taste the underrated and overpriced wines as the delivery was never corrected. I almost forgot about the entire incident until I received a bill of 408 CHF. Ironic that the delivery could not reach the correct address but the invoice could. I am however in the process of logging a complaint to the Swiss Consumers Bureau. My advice stay clear from this company.
